snaillad Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Hello all, My most recent build is close to home for me as it's based around British architecture - a small town market scene. My challenge was to try and make 3 different buildings whilst building on a curved base and also stagger the heights by adding steps/levels. The buildings themselves I knew would be fairly boxy which is typical of UK architecture from this time so a curved base and some greenery hopefully break it up a bit. The greengrocers and pub have my own signage which gives a bit more life I feel. The building at the rear has the least techniques as it was built last and I knew most would be hidden. The bay window and few window lintels were a bit of a pain to make the math work but I'm fairly pleased with the result. Anyway, a couple of shots; As usual any questions about the build welcome. You can view this and any of my builds on my flickr page here Regards! Quote
