Unread content? Bugged? Or how to use it?

Resetting the streams sounds like a good option. I've built my own streams before to try to get around the errors in the default ones. What you've stated is accurate.

Have you made this change? If so it does not appear to have fixed the problem. This morning I listed all Unread Content, and I did a refresh to make sure nothing had been just added. There was no content in the theme I follow, Train Tech. I then went to Train Tech and there was one unread item from several hours previously. This was at about 6:40 am GMT this morning 31 Jan. Hope this helps.

yep, I did reset them already, thanks for the feedback of that not making any difference.

I will create the ticcket at the vendor this weekend.

I'll add that the "Content I Started" stream is suffering from the same issue. My Dragon Masters topic that I created this week isn't show up in the feed.

That is really interesting, would have thought it would be the same timeframe for everyone.

Other question I may have already.. As I am personally a big fan of data privacy and bein transparent before any action takes place: The vendor may ask for access to our systems for their investigations, if needed. If someone can think of their support (again, at worst if needed) login in with some user accounts to check the symptoms and possible other details "from the user perspective".

If anybody can think of allowing this for his account, some written reply here in the thread would be nice for having more than one singular opportunity (@MKJoshAs profile, as he volunteered here already - role model as always, thanks in advance already ).

Would be fine with me.

I just let the search index be rebuild from scratch & that finished a minute ago.

I would like to ask to check if that made some positive changes.

Sadly, not. Still only have few older topics showing of in unread content.

No further updates from the vendor, but I reckon they also would like to enjoy their weekends..

What I found the Rebuild of the SearchIndex did fix: I found some member profiles which were showing nothing in the "All Activities" part - those are showing correctly now.
