Evilkirk Posted June 16 Posted June 16 Just a few pics to show the immense scale of my Imperial Shuttle MOC! Honestly, you don't know how much effort it took to hold up this big beauty with one hand - but I think I managed to hide the struggle lol I'll be posting a full gallery with plenty of interior and exterior pics very soon Quote
Hold0511 Posted June 16 Posted June 16 Noice, very very noice. So much white but it makes it work and it looks awesome - really great job - defo going into the top 3 of my builds for 26. Quote
TheScaryDoor Posted June 16 Posted June 16 Wow just wow 😃. Looking forward for the next pics 👍. Quote
Feuer Zug Posted June 16 Posted June 16 Oooh, that's a beauty. And if you build a full interior as well, kudos. Can't wait to see the expanded set of pictures. Quote

Expand Thanks, I'd call it true minifigure scale, but there seem to be many different ideas on exactly what that should be lol... It's "I need to follow the most logical floorplan available whilst tryin to make it match the official cross-section book image and fit 6 guys in the cockpit + 20 guys in the back with room for the Emperor to walk out from underneath the cockpit without banging his Imperial head, scale" Quote
lowlead Posted June 17 Posted June 17 Hands down the best Lambda shuttle out there to date. You mentioned instructions (eventually)? I'll be first in line to purchase. This WILL be displayed on my shelf - fantastic work! Quote

Expand Thanks very much - currently working on the instructions and they'll be on Rebrickable when ready... but first I'll be using my wife as a 'test builder' as she's a total Lego noob. If she can build it without help, then we're good to go! Quote

I would go with the outside dimensions for that. Due to minifigs being wider than human. And it feels as if SW sometimes have one scale for outside and another for the inside. As if it was 1:1 outside and 1,3:1 inside, aka, inside bigger than outside. Ohh! you're the one that built the amazing Scimitar! Quote
Professor Thaum Posted June 18 Posted June 18 OMG, this shuttle is damn huge... or you're damn tiny Anyway that's a great work ! hats off mate ! Quote
