thekoRngear Posted Wednesday at 08:50 AM Posted Wednesday at 08:50 AM Man, that thing is compact with lots of technicality! Quote
gyenesvi Posted Wednesday at 10:29 AM Posted Wednesday at 10:29 AM Looks really good, can't wait to go an buy it at the weekend :) The chassis does not seem to be too tight in the back, so I am wondering if a more proper 2-link rear suspension with a ball joint would be possible at this scale. Only thing I see against it is that the HoG steering from the spare tire would have to be routed differently. Also, I'm curious if it would be possible to make this AWD with a front live axle instead of the independent suspension (which I know would not be realistic in this case, just for the exercise). I did make that happen with my mini Zetros, so it's possible to replicate it in this model, but the engine has to be changed to inline instead of V type. Which might not be a problem according to the first video reviewer.. Quote

Looks like a mini version :) There has been a few nice Bronco MOCs in the past years, not just mine, and I've been wondering whether this set is a response to them by Lego. If yes, I'm glad :) Quote

I have made several mocs, all in bronco scale, all of them with AWD live axles, and V6 engines. Quote

Paul B Technic Posted Thursday at 01:59 PM Posted Thursday at 01:59 PM That was a great review and after watching it, this is a must buy, just to build some c models. Quote
2GodBDGlory Posted Friday at 02:01 AM Posted Friday at 02:01 AM I am impressed by the reviews! The front axle suspension is really compact, and it just overall seems nice I'm also really happy with the price! After watching the review I thought I'd check just out of curiosity, and $80 CAD for ~940 pieces would have been good 10 years ago, let alone today--plus, there's lots of desirable new parts in there! People complain a lot about modern Lego prices, so it's nice to see that there's still exceptions out there. Quote
