Shroffy123 Posted October 6 Posted October 6 Anyone pre-order the new wolfpack set? I believe that's the worst lego.com purchase experience I've ever had. Wouldn't accept my. Card. It would put multiple sets in my check out, and then say I exceeded limit. Wow. Quote

Yes, I had a similar issue. I believe LEGO's website was having an issue in the first hour of the BDP launch. It added an item to my cart but then would not let me check out. Same problem with adding multiple sets when refreshing. I just waited an hour and then it was fixed and I was able to order as normal. Quote

It finally went thru. Had to use my wife's account and PayPal. Frustrating to say the least. Quote
Westbrick Posted October 6 Posted October 6 I had 5 mins of ‘something went wrong’ every time I clicked from the cart to pay, but eventually it worked. Without being an expert, it seems like things are around for longer these days, whereas with the Castle in the Forest a few years ago, it really did feel like every second of delay might result in it being sold out. I know they produce more now, but I do feel like there’s another round so often it doesn’t have the same ‘excitement’. I only remembered today’s release because of a afol account on social media. On the flip side, I guess it does mean that if you really want one of the sets, you’re unlikely to miss out! Quote
Lion King Posted October 6 Posted October 6 Wait what a new Wolfpack set? I don’t see it on Lego.com?? Quote

Thanks for clarification! @Shroffy123 said “worst Lego.com purchase experience” in his post on this page. It was the first thing I read after posting my wish. Quote
RichardGoring Posted October 6 Posted October 6 I got it, and had the same checkout frustration with it failing, but an hour later it all worked smoothly. I think the build looks great, so really looking forward to it. Having said that, I still haven't built my Castle in the Forest set yet, although I am starting to make positive progress on my backlog at the moment. Quote
zoth33 Posted October 7 Posted October 7 Lot's of good looking castle stuff on BDP series 9. There is a lot of Kraken stuff on there. Just did a quick look at all the sets. I will try to take a deeper dive tonight to see what ones I will vote for. Quote
karrit Posted October 7 Posted October 7 I think it's going to take me a few days to look through all the BDP9 sets and cast my votes. I'm on the third page of 24 and started getting cross-eyed so had to stop for a while. There seems to be an awful lot of just so-so castle sets and not much detail in the interiors of some sets of all styles, not just the Castle stuff. While some sets look somewhat interesting many aren't really anything I'd be wanting to actually purchase. Quote
Lion King Posted October 7 Posted October 7 Ignoring Outlaw Forest Den topic, I notice that MTS is now on sale and it’s 20% off. What does it mean? Is it going to be retired along with LKC? Quote

The most important thing is the exterior because of the piece count limit. Quote
GreenhouseBricker Posted October 8 Author Posted October 8 I took a look at the developer tools on the BDP website to try to see how many Outlaw Forest Den sets were sold. I wasn't able to find the denominator of the total available for pre-order but this is the data I was able to find for set #910057. It is 79.17% sold out. "idSubmission": 2123, "sku": 910057, ... "stock": { "idSubmission": 2123, "dPercentagePreordered": 0.79172, "dPercentageFunded": 0.06, "bFunded": true, "bSoldOut": false }, "bAllSoldOut": false Quote

If that is the case then Approx. 39,586 sets have been sold. Quote
RichardGoring Posted October 8 Posted October 8 I would have expected the Art Factory to be higher than that. Although there have been a lot of expensive Bricklink sets now and LEGO is producing a lot of expensive sets too. Quote

If the denominator is still 30,000 sets then it has sold 16,416 units. Quote

Darth Phallus Posted October 9 Posted October 9 Pigeons were available on PAB this afternoon but they are already gone... I got 2 Quote

Lion King Posted October 12 Posted October 12 Nothing relating to classic Castle subthemes but I would consider Ninja subtheme does. I think Ideas submission Samurai Casstle is in review but i might be wrong. That Ideas set looks great! Quote
RenLUG - Central Florida Posted October 20 Posted October 20 With several castle sets retiring and many of those parts on the PAB exit list (search 2025 exit), its interesting that not all of the castle minifig parts are being removed. Is this because they are in BDP sets that are in or will be in production (I havent checked) or is there possibly another castle set on the horizon? PAB parts that I would have expected to retire with the rest, but are not on the exit list include: grey goat (cow and lamb are on exit list), dark red viking legs (all other viking legs and torsos on exit list), forestman hat (but torso is on exit list), Lion Knights standard torso, blue legs & kite shield (queens legs & torso, and the 3 versions of the standard shield are on the exit list), 2 colors of the female peasant torso (olive green & dark red appear to be saying / dark green female & both male peasant torsos are on the exit list), wolfpack torso. Roebuck Posted October 21 Posted October 21 9 hours ago, RenLUG - Central Florida said: forestman hat I think that is in a botanical set.. I do not know about the rest, maybe they have to much stock of them.. There is a big unknown icons set coming in January, but I expect that to be Pirates if I should guess.. Or maybe the parts are just showing up in BAM Quote
Wolfpack Posted October 21 Posted October 21 Those are probably parts for Outlaw Forest Den (and other BDP sets). Currently there is no evidence for a 2026 castle set yet: https://brickset.com/sets/theme-Icons/page-5 11370 is licenced set, 11371 is modular and others are smaller sets (40913 is a GWP for the first set).
