It's a shame the Sanctum is seemingly not getting a May release, means May is going to be pretty much empty unless one of the other sets got pushed forward. Admittedly the 'May' idea was most born from the concept of an online release for D2C's three months prior to a retail release and with it being clarified not to be a D2C it would be unlikely to get such treatment. I still feel the set would benefit more from a release close to the movie. Hopefully we at least get a reveal of the Summer sets soon...

Edit: Added 10963 to the list

Still no reveals of the June sets, or the Hall of Armours set at least  Dang it, the Infinity Saga curse strikes again!

I'd guess we'll see the Hall of Armor next week.

No curse yet. Wait until after May 2nd or 3rd to say that

Infinity Saga June 2021 sets were officially revealed on May 14th. Probably same this year. Unlikely to occur next week during Star Wars stuff, but could leak.

It'll feel a bit lacklustre to only have the 'Hall Of Armor' and 'Baby Groot' be shown, as they are the only June sets we are currently aware of.

As such I'd hope that one of the following options accompanies them:

  • 76222, 76223 and 76224 (Which are currently undated)
  • 76210 ($500 set)
  • 76215 (Hulkbuster MKII)

Any of those options (or a combination of them) accompanying the Hall Of Armor and Baby Groot would give us more to talk about and tide us over until August with the Sanctum.

Previous Marvel sets have been revealed the month prior to their release. With next week being the start of May, I'm speculating we could see it then.

Ah, yes
I never really pay attention to that sort of thing, to be honest :innocent: So, thanks for enlightening me.
I do hope to have some news soon, though :sweet:

So Hasbro have just revealed a ‘Marvel Studios Legacy’ line of products. Part of the press release states that Lego will release products in the line this summer. I suppose that this will be taking the place of the Infinity Saga stuff. Makes sense with the rumoured products covering previous movies

I wasn’t referring to the date, but rather to the circumstance that the set number and partial description were added to the instruction portal without a subsequent reveal, which also happened last year

I wonder if this is how they’re going to approach doing sets on upcoming movies that are keeping their plot details under wraps, kinda like how the No Way Home wave had what were essentially a Homecoming and Far From Home set. Those were essentially “legacy” sets. Maybe some of the four Black Panther sets coming later this year are going to be based on the first movie? Especially since the production of the second film has been chaotic to say the least.

Regardless, it seems like it’ll essentially fill the same role as the Infinity Saga line from the past year. I imagine we’ll get some 2012 Avengers products under this Legacy line.

Since the Infinity Saga is exclusive to Endgame and every movie prior, I hope this means Lego will revisit some Phase Four projects like NWH, Hawkeye, etc.

That’s something else I was thinking as well. This could be how we get more No Way Home sets down the line, maybe Shang-Chi too since those sets/figures weren’t the greatest.

Where did we get this Minifig lineup? Spider-Man and Iron Man seem like odd choices (unless they are Variants), and there are a few other characters who could appear in the set and not be considered too spoiler-y. 🤔

Are NWH and Hawkeye classed as Legacy already? I must be getting old

I'm thinking a couple years ahead. I don't believe we'll be getting Hawkeye sets this year, but who knows?

Promobricks. If I had to guess, the inclusion of Spider-Man and Iron Man is to avoid spoilers for the films, similar to how Vulture and Mysterio were stand-ins for Green Goblin and Doc Ock in the NWH sets.

so i just packed up the new mech sets. Black panther, ironman, wolverine and i must say im not real happy with the way TLG "fixed" the bad hips on these,

step 4 in the BP build has you use two 1x2 plate with ball (6123814) on top of one another with the balls facing opposite each other to make the hip joint but this mis-aligns the legs on the torso, not a big deal but its sloppy and messes with my OCD,

has this been discussed?

I dont understand why they changed the design from past years even before the issues

If we get more Spidey and his Amazing Friends sets next year (Id prefer comic ones) we might get a female electro after reading this -  https://deadline.com/2022/04/john-stamos-voice-iron-man-spidey-and-his-amazing-friends-season-2-disney-jr-programming-slate-unveiled-1235013164/. Could be good for electro parts at least

I have heard a lot of people online and in the real world annoyed by these hips. But having a Wolverine again (or any X-Men) is long overdue!
