They could easily depict the final battle against Ganon and still feature a Ganondorf minifig, like they did with the cancelled Maleficent diorama that was supposed to include both a minifig and her dragon form Both of them transform into their monstrous forms just before the final confrontation, after all! The scene with the organ, Zelda trapped inside a crystal, a unique time signature, and the most epic tennis match in history would be cool too, don’t get me wrong, but nowhere near as cool as the battle with Ganon! Yeah, I feel like a brick built Dark Beast Ganon vs Link final battle (with maybe a Ganondorf minifig) makes the most sense. I would certainly love to see them figure out the tennis match though! Meaf Posted September 19 Posted September 19 I could see it including Ganon as well but I'm not sure it's likely? I guess it's never worth reading too heavily into what information is included in leaks, but they specifically called it a diorama, and I'm not sure if 1000 pieces is enough for an accurately sized Ganon build if it's primarily a diorama? Plus honestly while Ganon himself would be great to have, I think the rest of the build would be fairly boring if that's the direction they go in. Quote

If they included adult Link, adult Zelda, and Ganondorf, they wouldn’t need to make any new molds either. I finally predicted something correctly! Really crossing my fingers we get a Ganondorf minifigure; double crossed that he has the Avatar arms and legs to make him tall. I feel they could technically get away with not including him, but come on! That would be a certified “only the best is good enough” moment. Getting Link in a red tunic would be cool too since I feel like most people just wear that outfit until the end of the game once they unlock it, but I guess it would be pretty frustrating for people who don’t have the green Link from the Deku Tree. CF Mitch Posted October 23 Posted October 23 Well, I got the Gameboy recently and just finished building it and OH MY GOD! It's genius, I absolutely love it The building techniques are fantastic. Very counter-intuitive if you ask me but they get perfect results. The ultimate build incredibly accurate and I love how they made they game screens move. And then there's the nostalgia factor of course, which is through the roof for me. I never played Legend of Zelda games until very recently but the Super Mario Land game is the first one I played on the Gameboy. The gamecard is perfect as its game screen. Both gamecards also look very alike the real thing. I think this might be my favorite set, at least for this year Regards, Mitch Quote
Dolor Posted October 24 Posted October 24 Is it possible to build all vehicles, gadgets, outfits and main buildings out of lego bricks? Quote
Lyichir Posted November 11 Posted November 11 Teaser for the next Zelda set. Does indeed look like it's gonna be Ganon! https://www.instagram.com/p/DQ5N1n1FfRk/ Quote
Meaf Posted November 11 Posted November 11 Very exciting! Curious to see what percentage of the build is Ganon vs the terrain. I feel like Ganon doesn't really need to be that big since he's not particularly huge in Ocarina of Time, but I could see him being scaled up somewhat to allow for more detail. Quote
BrickBob Studpants Posted November 11 Posted November 11 Let’s gooooooooo The final battle against Ganon, complete with an OoT Zelda figure!! Fingers crossed it also includes a Ganondorf minifig! Quote

Lion King Posted November 24 Posted November 24 As a Persona fan, i have seen some MOCs like Cafe Leblanc and I think that would be an excellent choice for Lego to produce that location. But I doubt as it’s not well-known to everyone. Quote
BrickBob Studpants Posted December 2 Posted December 2 An alleged leaked image of the Zelda minifig can be found in the usual place ^^ If it’s real, that’s a bloody amazing minifig! Quote

It looks fairly real otherwise and the bricktap seems to think it's real. Alternatively though, it would be extremely funny if the OoT Zelda minifig just inexplicably had a nose molded onto her face. Kaijumeister Posted December 4 Posted December 4 I think it’s an image quality issue that makes it look like Zelda has a nose. Can’t wait to see this set! I would love to get a Tears of the Kingdom playset or diorama one day too. Quote

I'm guessing the wait between the OoT final battle and whatever we (hopefully) get next won't be quite as long since they already know these sets sell really well. Quote

A small subtheme would be a great way to minimise the wait between each set but I suppose the current cadence fits Lego’s needs well enough. Quote
