I just got charged for my January 28th order which included the Gargoyles & a bunch of other new September parts that were available briefly.  Order status show "Shipped".  I'm shocked!  The replacement for the 2 Capes from the Early November order that went missing have also been shipped.  Here's hoping they will make standard parts available in the US again soon.  I've got a bunch of projects for upcoming shows that I may need to alter or postpone since I can't currently get the parts I need for them.

So the two capes from a November order that went missing in Denver back in February have apparently finally turned up in Atlanta, GA last week.  They were turned over to USPS there on Saturday.  They have arrived at the USPS in Denver this morning & are currently scheduled to be delivered to me tomorrow.  LEGO has already replaced the until now missing original shipment.  I wonder where all they've traveled over the 36 days they went missing.

This was an Australian order so all parts were available even before it reopened in the US.

Well, I placed a PAB order on Friday (getting parts for a midi-scale Enterprise D from Rebrickable) and I am today shocked that BOTH the Bestseller AND Standard parts have been shipped. I'm in the US. I wonder if these means some/all Standard parts are coming from the US now, or whether the PAB warehouse upgrades have made such a huge difference?

That's interesting.  I will be placing an order in the next week or so and it will be interesting to see how this pans out.

After 143 days my order has finally showed up. Still1 more to go. 

And upon opening it I'm missing the body to the sand green crocodile from the uk exclusive test set that had the smart brick. Needless to say they couldn't ship another one.

I called Customer Service and asked if they had any more information about this order. They said that a big shipment of Pick a Brick on around March 3 had gotten stuck in customs, and it looked like my order was a part of that. They said it should hopefully be delivered by the end of next week. I wonder if PaB getting stuck in customs has anything to do with You-Know-Who and his Death Eaters picking fights with all and sundry after taking over the Ministry of Magic.

I’ve just received a B&P order that I placed a couple of weeks back - no complaints on the timing, but what I just received is quite bizarre. All the parts are there, but all of them have more pieces than I ordered, with no clear pattern as to why. It honestly seems like someone just got to the relative bin for each and collected a handful. As an example :

I ordered 4 owls, and have received 21

2 of one of the printed butterflies becomes 16

4 of another printed butterfly becomes 19

I ordered a bunch of frogs in different colours, just 2 of each - but they vary from between 7 frogs and 31!

Most bizarrely and unhelpfully, I ordered the separate arms for the adult gorilla; instead of 2 each if left and right, I now have 11 left arms, and 12 right.

The enclosed parts list has the correct numbers listed, I can only assume someone was feeling generous and/or in a hurry when packing the bag

I want that person packing my order next time :grin:
Maybe the person was feed up with Lego orders and just took a generous handful of every part to be fast, it is not like you are going to complain either :tongue:

Right? As long as I get at least what I order … and as you are often wont to say, it costs them pennies for small plastic parts 

Anyway, I am marking it on the calendar as “Free Smowls Day” 😂

That's definitely great! I had something similar a few orders ago, but it was some extra plates and tiles - nothing nearly as exciting as all the animals!

In other news, I had a standard order arrive to the US within a week and a half of ordering. Can't quite believe it!

Nice - best I've ever gotten was five black squirrels instead of the one I ordered. Looks like you've got more gorilla bodies to get ordered now!

Guess what’s been out of stock for ages? I feel I will spend the rest of my life trying to reconcile gorilla body parts 🤣
