draganb Posted January 11, 2015 Posted January 11, 2015 S.C.O.U.T. (Surveilance:Charting:Observation:Utility:Tactics) SCOUT is a lightweight reconnaissance ship with aerial and nautical capabilities. Equipped with a single sail and a small but powerful steam engine, powered by 3 propellers, it has excellent maneuverability and can outpace even the fastest battleships. Though the SCOUT always aims to avoid open combat, if the need arises, it can rely on a single rear mounted cannon yo discourage more persistent pursuing ships. SCOUT's typical assignments include charting new territories, battlefield surveillance, in-and-out rescue missions and various other tactical operations. Quote
Zerobricks Posted January 11, 2015 Posted January 11, 2015 Nicely done. Great use of barrels for engines. Quote
legopiratelord Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 Looks totally awesome, would love to take that ship on some adventures. Quote
Captain Braunsfeld Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 I love that - absolutely great. On a different note: I thought the steampunk stuff would belong to "Sci-Fi". That is where I found most of it (and where I put my figbarf). Quote
Balbo Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 Wow, your S.C.O.U.T. really looks fantastic The idea using the barrels as engines is awesome! Quote
Captain Braunsfeld Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 The idea using the barrels as engines is awesome! Yes, good point to point that out. And also those golden wheels - I have also acquired them for future steampunk creations! Quote
