I remember 3 or so years ago, my budgie Bobby always used to click together random pieces of LEGO if I left them out. Granted, his biggest brick was a 2x4 but whatever. He's not with us any more sadly.

That's, an… um… interesting question. I suppose I could see some parrots putting things together- they have the necessary spacial intelligence and dexterity, but for the most part it seems like they prefer to take things apart.
