  3. Players only, please! Confirmation | Day One | Day 2 | Day 3 | Day 4 The dead body of the Constable hangs from the barn... Helen Inkling (Hinckley) sits up in the barn, shaking her fat ass, drunk from her wine, and imagining she's just started a strip show. "OK guys, this ones for yOWOAAHH!" All that's left is the body of a mummy, and a faint voice whispers "the Council sends their regards" as her bottle turns into a scorpion. Meanwhile, Giovanni Capanni (Captain Genaro), enjoys a nice relaxing nap outside, with his eyes open of course. All hitmen can do that. Not all hitmen, though, can notice a zombie in time to be eaten, and the Bandit is gobbled up. The nine living suspects gather by the hut, to yet again, attempt to find their Council scums. "Great work, guys. Last night you got Jeffrey, who was quite clearly Council. However, causalities were created last night, and Giovanni and Helen were attacked and killed. They were both Monsters. We have to be cutting it close by now, I wish you all the best of luck today. The nine living gather and begin to discuss, not knowing who it could be. Anybody here could be lying. 4. Players only, please! Confirmation | Day One At night, Caitie Levanne (Cecilie), is running about, perfecting her serum. "It's about megablocking time I figured this out! Now to test it on one of the frogs in the shack!" As she gets to the shack, she comes across a letter. "Huh, what's this?!" She says, astonished that someone would be clumsy enough to drop their mail. She picks up the letter. "The Council sends their regards. Huh, I wonder what that me-" The for-really-realz dead carcass of the Vampire lays on the ground. As everybody wakes up, Mercutio gathers them outside. Last night, we lost Caitie Levanne. She was a loyal Monster. Somehow, Kingsley's body regenerated and formed that of the Scarecrow. He was also a Monster. You better do better today. The group slits up and starts discussion, and Lacey's even donned a new, sexier wig. 5. Players only, please! Mercutio forms a circle of people around him, and he introduces himself. "Hello, I am Mercutio Robertson. The 19 of you are regarded as some of history's greatest criminals, all aligned with the Monstrous Minifigures. Well, that's what I thought. It turns out some of you are infiltrators from the Council of Minifigures, brought here to tear apart our gang. Serving you is my initiation, and I'm being judged on your ability to find the scummos." Mercutio walks off to comfort a shocked Balthasar. "Don't megabluck up" he mutters. Discussion among the group begins, chatter everywhere over who's loyal and who could be decieving each other at the very moment. 6. A 17 year-old Mercutio Robertson drives down the dirt road, wondering what comes ahead. All he knows is that he is soon to be the youngest member of the Monsters. As he gets out of his car, he stares around, there isn't much in the village, but he does see civilization. Four people march out of one of the buildings, interested to see who has arrived. "We've been assigned to help you", the man with the black hair says. "I'm Balthasar Jameson, and these others are Abraham Petruzzi, Carlisa Masinelli, and Paris Shawty. Our job is to assign you a group of people that has been infiltrated by the non-monsters. We are also your assistants here, and will hopefully lead you to great success." "Amazing" Mercutio says. "Let's get to it then." The Rules 1. Each player will be given an alignment to play as. Each player will be aligned with either The Council or The Monsters. 7. Carl Andre splits in half and out crawls Pablo Picasso. “Ha!” Pablo cries, “I bet you had no idea I was inside the Carl Andre suit!” Everyone shrugs and continues eating their baked apples and wieners. “And you couldn’t kill my friends with your lousy hammer! We’re invincible!” Pablo laughs maniacally. “Alfred Jarry?” Anne Truitt guffaws, “But I stabbed you in your spleen!” “Good thing you’re not a doctor, Anne,” Jarry laughs, “That wasn’t my spleen, it was my liver. And that part of me died ages ago.” “You’re all dead already.” The host points out. “True,” Pablo admits, “But the horrors of the Minimalist movement resurrected us to exact our revenge!” “You besmirched the name of abstract art,” Jarry begins, “And you flouted the work of the Futurists! When we wrote our manifesto, we swore we would back off of the Art World when we were 40 years old, ancient and decrepit. We would no longer be able to add our ideas and influence to the art world. We told you that if we tried, we should be dragged out to the streets and burned alive!” “Were those the exact words?” Pablo asks. “Do I know?” Jarry retorts, “I didn’t write it and I barely skimmed it between drinks." “OK, carry on,” Pablo answers. “Thanks,” Jarry continues, “But your ideas suck! Why did we pave the way for crap like Jo Baer’s tiny arcs of color?” “I think my tiny arcs are classy!” Jo Baer cries. John McCracken tries to comfort her. “Don’t touch me, John.” Jo pulls away. “So, why is Genghis Khan here?” Brice Marden asks. “He’s a painter, isn’t he?” Jarry asks. “He told us he was.” Pablo answers, defensively. “He told us he was a contemporary of Jackson Pollock!” Jarry adds. “Um…” Genghis mumbles, “I just liked the idea of being resurrected and killing people.” “I wondered what kind of art you could make with a sword,” Pablo scolds. “Metzger used the acid and nylon” Khan defends himself. “Well, du guys can be the angry and all, but we won. You’re all dead again.” Eva Hesse explains. “That’s true,” says the host, “Back to hell with the three of you.” “Can’t we please stay?” Pablo asks, “We promise to be nice and not to kill anyone. We’ll just stay and paint and all be friends.” “Oh, all right,” the host concedes. “Genghis Khan, did you just behead Alfred Jarry?” The host asks. “I am not thinking so…” Genghis answers. You have all been sent a role PM in this format: Role PMs: Scum Town A word of advice for the future of playing anonymous games: Don't talk about people behind their backs in a group PM. You never know when you might be talking to the person you're talking about. So, why do you think the contributing factors were to the Town victory in just four game days? I think perhaps the balance favored the Town. When I saw Ellsworth Kelly say that there were only two players that hadn't been confirmed, I thought perhaps I had given the Town too many tools to confirm with. I'm wondering how the entire Town was "confirmed" at that point. However, I also think the Scum made some questionable choices. I'm at least curious to hear why the targets were chosen for block and kill the first couple of days. To me, the kills almost seemed like the strategy of a Serial Killer. And blocking Donald Judd twice was also an interesting choice. Reveal your true identity if you'd like! I'm interested to hear what everyone thought of this game. I don't plan on hosting again until I have my hands on real bricks. Also, trying to juggle this with full time work and full time school was an interesting experiment in and of itself. I don't think I did horribly, but was late twice in four game days and that's not much like me as a host.

  9. Players only please! Late at night something very odd happens to the body of Dan Flavin. Genghis Khan emerges from his block buddy disguise, proclaiming, "Ha! They never suspect Genghis Khan will come slit their throats in their sleeps!" "Ha! They think I am caring about this art! No, I couldn't provide two shits about..." Whack! "Genghis Khan..." marvels the host, "I never would've suspected him." "Genghis Khan..." marvels Donald Judd, "I never would've suspected him." Bang! Donald also never suspects he would be shot by the work of the late Tony Smith, ironically titled "We Lost"... "Oh my!" Robert Mangold exclaims as he views the carnage, "Dan Flavin, Genghis Khan and Donald Judd, all dead. Weird. What's the strange vulnerable type feeling I'm having?" "Vulnerability?" A dark figure offers as he stabs Robert Mangold in the spine. "Thank you..." Robert gasps as the life drains out of him. Alfred Jarry throws off his Robert Mangold disguise and proclaims, "We told them we should be killed before we came up with new ideas! The art world belongs to them, we told them! But their ideas...are...so...awful...megablocking neon..." The dark figure surveys the night's carnage. "Genghis Khan?" He says, "What the...??" In the morning, everyone gathers around the bodies. "Donald Judd was a member of the Town, but Dan Flavin and Robert Mangold were both Scum...and also Genghis Khan and Alfred Jarry, respectively, for some reason." Day Four has begun.
