    Bricklink questions

Hi! i had the same problem, assuming you already have your wanted list with all the pieces, try this: - once in bricklink go to wanted -> by shop - in the "In" list, select your wanted list (by default it's set to "--all my wanted lists--") - finally use "Sort by" to "Lots (Unique)" and press Go, this way, the wanted list will show in top the store with the highest quantity of unique lots Hope this helps, bye!

    Hi! my name is Alessandro

hi all! well as the title say, my name is alessandro (but my username is the_comedian, i'm a watchmen fan). I'm from Chile, south of... south america, I'm 23 years old, and i'm returning now from my dark ages, i started with legos at 5, but left them when i was 14 (the teenages stuff), and started to build model planes and ships, but with time i noticed that they didnt have that "magic" feel of legos. I decided to return when i first saw the Cafe Corner a year ago, and i knew that i had to build something like that some day, with all the detail and beauty that only lego can provide, and that's how i ended up visiting eurobricks, and found how great the community was, how every member shared ideas, comments, etc. Right now i'm unable to buy sets due to budget reasons, they are very expensive here, and i'm studing with no time for a part-time job. I'm planing to build a MOC based on a street of Valparaiso, a port city here in Chile, and in a couple of months i'll be ordering the first parts from bricklink (by the way, i think that's the future of lego modeling). Well, it has been really nice to meet this site, and i hope i didn't bored you with my story, see ya!!!

    [MOC] Iris Cafe

Yeah! totally!! in fact i'm planning to make an entire alley: With at least 4 o 5 buildings, but i guess its gonna take a lot of $$$, and also probably i'll be modifying the initial model as i'm building it
  15. Hi!! this is my first post on eurobricks, i'm currently returning from my dark ages, and i'm designing a Modular building in LDD, inspired in a Cafe here in Chile: My idea is to make a building as closest to the real place as possible, and stick with the 16x32 baseplate format, because i'm planning to create in the future an alley with 4 or 5 buildings, and then order the bricks from bricklink to create a real model. I want to use every single space in the model, to give it a "saturated" feel, it was really fun making the furniture and trying to fit it in such little space, but i think the result is very good, well, for now this is my model so far: The building consist of 2 floors, the first one is the Cafe itself, with kitchen, bathroom, the dining area and the courtyard with a table and chairs: And the 2nd Floor that consist in a little apartment with two bedrooms, a living room and a balcony: I tried to use SNOT techniques and techniques used in the official modular buildings, but i'm still really new in the modeling business. Well i hope you like it, critics and advices are welcome, i will attach the LDD so you can see it with more detail, this is still work in progress and is still subject to changes, valpo2a.lxf
