I like the Creator modern house set (31153) that was revealed earlier in May, but it isn't a complete building and won't be released until August here in the USA. So I made a front for it back on May 2nd, and waited for the set to be released. Eventually, my impatience got the best of me, and I reverse engineered the set proper as best I could yesterday afternoon. I even managed to make the building open and shut on a hinge. It may even be possible to make it into a modular style with a removable base. What you see here is the totally custom street-side of the building. The rear of the building, or what is supposed to be my version of set 31153. The inside of the front of the building features the dining room on the lower floor and half of the library on the second floor. (This portion of the library will feature a giant framed landscape painting.) The lower level of the rear half features the kitchen on the left and living room on right, while the upper floor features the rest of the library and the master bedroom. (The library's chandelier is missing in these pictures because the parts required aren't in LDD... but they WILL be in the house when it's built in real bricks!) As for building this in real bricks, so far I've found 215 parts out of the 1,184 of this model from my collection, and (without S&H) it only costs less than $120 USD... which is amazing because the original set costs $100 by itself, so my complete custom MOC is cheaper than buying the set and adding a back to it! ...and that's all I've got for now.
