  1. Hey! Here's a new Short funny Movie about the Lego 60126 Set : Tire Escape. Enjoy!!! You can Visit my Channel for more fun: There is quite of an [unwanted] Easter Egg in this movie... I will let you find it.
  2. Hi! This is one of my first minimovies (so do not be too harsh with the assessment). Its "old comedy" style..but i know it could have been a little sharper picture. But still - im pretty satisfied with the result. Have made some other movies and trying to improve for every new one!
  3. I think this was my second mini movie. Camping in the wild and scary things will happen.with a twist (of course) in the end.
  4. Hello, Here's my last Funny Video in Lego. It's about Mr Donald Trump. Enjoy!
  5. Hi everybody! Have a look at my last Parody in Lego about the song "Sorry" from Bieber. Enjoy. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oQgee4KFQEs
  6. There's a podcast I really enjoy called The Moth. The newest episode has two stories. Both are very good. The first one is not Lego related (but worth listening to). The second story is about a teacher and some shenanigans at the school with Lego bricks. I recommend everyone to listen to it. Some of the best parts are the discussion of which bricks the kids like and what they do with them. For some reason I can't get the link from iTunes. (I got it automatically with my Podcast app.) But here is a web link to the latest episodes: http://feeds.themoth.../themothpodcast The one you want is this one: And again, the Lego-related story is the second one (female speaker) somewhere halfway through the show.
  7. So, I was debating wether or not to start this topic but, I'll go ahead and see . I'll be posting some of these atrocious fails everytime I find one. Feel free to join in ! 1. The oh-so Intelligent suic-glider. This glider is has undoughtably worst design ever. I mean just one unstable point for the ready to die ( ) minifigure? And when did gliders have a rotor? It gets worse... Faster yatch? Plane? I dread to think what the designer where doing when they where making these . That's not a plane, its a peice of junk that will kill the minifigure on first flight . The Faster Yatch will be a slower yatch with no controls! Great fun for the minifigure! Be sure to post your funnies and failures too and I will everytime I find some!
  8. Just a fun little build for me to try out some new building techniques. I hope you like it. Grand Emperor of the X-2 1/2 Dynasty! Conqueror of a million worlds! The alien with the biggest head in 457 galaxies! Bow, those of you belonging to the lower orders, to his unfathomable might! So... I was trying some facial features and was going to try to make the Creature from the Black Lagoon, (hence the flippers) but it didn't work out so I made...this. It's terribly fiddly, and only looks good from this angle, but I am actually quite fond of it. A lot of new things being tried out here, please tell me what you think.
  9. A new comedy Brick comic by me based on glorious pirates:http://apiratelifefo...omicseries.com/
  10. I've just completed and uploaded a short mock battle between brickfilms and CGI animations made using Blender. The concept was from my friend, and he supplied the Blender footage. I filmed the brickfilm contributions and edited it all together. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W6jXQA51Spc
  11. Trying out some new things, made a little short with Iron Man having some issues with his suit to test out those new things.
  12. A bit of a study in landscaping that I thought I'd have some fun with "Tis but a scratch" DSC_8444 by slobey79, on Flickr
  13. I have just been to America on business and took the oportunity to make a few purchases at the LEGO stores there and through BrickLink and thought nothing of it. As LEGO takes a lot of space when boxed I broke all the sets down. When I got home I started building a couple of sets and to my surprise found a card mixed in with the pile of instructions saying my luggage had been searched by the TSA! The agents face must have been a picture since the bag they searched contained only a few items of dirty clothes and about 20kg of LEGO! Just a funny story I wanted to share with you guys, has anyone else experienced this with airport security?
  14. We need a place to post outrageous CL LEGO ads. Here it is. All you need to do is post the picture and ad here as well as a link to the ad. This person wants to unload last years monthly builds for $250. That's over $20 per build. I did some estimating and it should be less than $5.00 to buy the pieces via PaB online. The directions are free via brickset as well. I would understand asking ~$40 since he actually has the directions. I just don't understand how those being the actual bricks in the bag increases the price almost %1000. http://minneapolis.c...4458190119.html
  15. Hey guys! Here's another brickflick for you all.
