Well, tell me one movie based on a book that was true to the storyline of that book...

I have exams too at the end of June but I don't worry about them too much. I mean, I think of it just as a test. I was almost peeing my pants in Grade 9 at my first exam but now, I really don't care that much.

I would love to go see the movie since I'm a science fiction movie fan. Can't wait until it comes out... EDIT: Oh crap...it came out today...April 29.....and I got noo time!!! Waaa...I need to see it.

I celebrate Easter this weekend (April 30 - May 1). I don't celebrate the one in March because that's the Catholic Easter and I'm Orthodox. I'm planning to go to the local Romanian church and then maybe to a party.

Murder on the Lego Express Part 2
Wolf04 replied to WesternOutlaw's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
It's Bloody Jay. Why would he go wash his hands and of what...blood? mister_phes's blood!!! -
I've already explained this in another forun...sheesh: It's not hard to think... "Ok, people this IS Prince of Persia 3. The old 3 have nothing in common with the new ones. Those were developed and made by different companies. The new ones are made by Ubisoft. So you can't compare the new Prince of Persia series with the old one. There is no connection whatsoever between them. The only reason Warrior Within is good is because of the free-form fighting system. I love all the combos you can do but I liked The Sands of Time gameplay because it was original and it was something new." ----------------- "Ha, I have the perfect example. Two actually NFS Hot Pursuit 2 is actually NFS 6 isn't it? NFS Underground 2 is actually NFS 8 isn't it? It's the same wth Ubisoft's PoP series. It's a new series, similar to the Underground series compared to the original series. It shares some aspects but it is a totally new breed. And Prince of Persia Warrior Within was called Prince of Persia 2 when it was announced and they didn't have a new for it."

But who uses a compass on a train? Only a Pirate would need a compass... -
All big changes start with small changes... I just don't know how you (mister_phes and others) can post so much. I mean, I don't post unless I really want to say something but I have to agree that it is ridiculous seeing how many posts you've made. Compare my join date and number of posts to your join date and number of posts. I do agree with the rules but what really ticked me off was that on some cases other people say a lot worse stuff but they don't face worse consequences. For example, in the Bionicle thread with a kid naming his sister, Gali, or something like, I was told I was heading in the direction of David (?...the person who got banned) just because I said that kid is probably some stupid American.

Murder on the Lego Express Part 1

It's obvious that it's mister_phes, the only Pirate-theme-obsessed guy. It is logical for him to have a compass. So the compass just gave it all away. -
It's just Anakin's ship but it is red instead of yellow. :|

Ugh, I hate them. For example, I don't like Warrior Within's theme. The only reason I still play it is because of the free-form fighting system. And actually it's not dark, well it's half and half. In the game, you can choose the dark path or the light path and depending on that, the game changes "moods".

Too bad nobody voted for me, I guess I'll have to give my money away to those kids around the corner to buy Clikits, 4+ Pirates and Bionicle sets and I'll have to eat the cake alone. PS, When's the winner announced? ;)

What Series do you wish Lego never made
Wolf04 replied to V()()D()()'s topic in General LEGO Discussion
Suddenly, I feel more attached to TheBrickster, dyip_90, jindroush, and Darth_Ewok. :P But seriously, I do agree but I don't want to start another rant topic so me keep mouth shut. -
The official announcement: Today Ubisoft announced that it is developing Prince of Persia 3 (working title) for the PS2, the Xbox, GameCube and the PC. Scheduled for release in the second half of 2005, Prince of Persia 3 is the third volume in the award-winning Prince of Persia franchise. Blending the best features from the first two installments (Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time and Prince of Persia Warrior Within) with the talent, vision and ingenuity of Ubisoft's development teams, Prince of Persia 3 will enliven the franchise with a vitality - and plenty of unexpected twists - that will impress and satisfy long-time fans and newcomers alike. Prince of Persia 3 will be showcased at the Electronic Entertainment Expo May 18 - 20 at Ubisoft's booth, #1300 in the South Hall of the Los Angeles Convention Center. "Prince of Persia 3 promises to be THE best instalment in the legendary franchise," said Tony Kee, vice president of marketing for Ubisoft. "By combining two playable characters in a masterly balanced gameplay, with the perfect mix of acrobatic moves and a compelling storyline, the Prince of Persia will appeal to both Sands of Time and Warrior Within fans alike. The Prince is back to reclaim his kingdom, and he has a few surprises in store

It's a no brainer for those who know me...Bionicle. -
After high school (Grade 12), I will go to university, preferably in a business program.

mister_phes, totally agree. I thought it would be fun to talk to people here and it was but all of the sudden the people running this place got all strict for no absolute reason. I can easily find a forum to discuss LEGO but I thought Eurobricks would be the best of them all. Apparently if a mod doesn't like your opinion, they'll suspend you. :/

Oh, my bad for upseting "the lords" |-/ . This is just plain stupid. >-|

Oh man, that's awesome. Perty ships and any person not wanting to share info on the Sandcrawler, can we at least get a date?

Halo is too over-rated, it sucks. There are many other licenses that can be done which can be more successful than Halo. It's just a game and I haven't seen LEGO do any sets based on video games, so the chances of LEGO getting license for Halo are slim to none. Might as well get license for Doom, or what else...Sony, so they can make LEGO replicas of computers, TVs, etc. Sheesh....

Vote for mine and I'll give you 20 bucks plus a piece of chocolaty cake.

Thoughts about Licences and TLC's future
Wolf04 replied to SuvieD's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Pirates of the Caribbean is actually a great way to bring the Pirates theme to children these days. Hopefully LEGO grabs a license for the next two movies.
