  1. Because it's available. Obviously if you're producing something it will be available. You really need to work on your English 'cause you make absolutely no sense.

  4. Woop-de-doo, this is not more exciting than finding out that LEGO will release a Sandcrawler. Where are the pictures? Seriously, you people get excited too easily.
  5. Ummm...more goodies. Australian newspaper The Daily Telegraph caught up with "Star Wars" creator George Lucas and producer Rick McCallum and asked about the upcoming TV series. Lucas confirmed that the tie-in series will be made in Sydney. He praised the city, where Episodes I and II of the franchise were filmed. "I am looking forward to coming back and working there some more," he said. The live action show, consisting of 100 hour-long episodes, will be based on minor characters in the "Star Wars" series. "It's a spin-off, it doesn't involve any of the key characters. It's a different world unto itself between episodes three ['Revenge of the Sith'] and four ['A New Hope']." McCallum confirmed the series was "definite as definite can be," although they will still have to work out the timing. "It's a definite that we do it - the rest we haven't discussed on any level." He added that "George is thinking maybe we can do a series somewhere between Episode III and IV because that's the longest break [in the film series], 20 years. The Death Star takes 20 years to build, so we need to work that out." McCallum says the series would use Sydney actors, directors and crew. Lucasfilm is also planning a separate 3D half-hour version of the "Clone Wars" animated series that have aired on Cartoon Network. From www.comingsoon.net I wasn't really interested in Clone Wars until I got it. I watched all 25 episodes and I can say, that show is awesome. Non-stop action, so I can hardly wait for the TV show.
  6. You gonna get your driver's license? P.S.: Happy Birthday!

  10. You there should be some kind of a warning in the title of the thread. I was enjoying a nice sandwich while browsing Eurobricks forum and come across this....lost my appetite and almost threw up. My point? It's disgusting seeing fat people fight like pigs.
  11. It's through torrent and since we are not allowed to discuss activities like those, I can't reveal anymore information.
  12. Unreal Tournament 2007 is Epic's next Unreal Tournament game. UT2007 is a completely new game, not a continuation of UT2003/4. The game is powered by Epic's next-generation Unreal Engine 3. Much of what is known about the game comes from the exclusive feature in Computer Gaming World's May 2005 issue. This article is available online at this location. UT2007 will be officially announced and shown behind closed doors at E3 2005. Summary of What We Know * General o "Envy" was Epic's code name for the next UT, now the official title has been confirmed as "Unreal Tournament 2007" by Midway. o Expect UT2004's "bounciness" to be toned down in the next UT. o The double-jump is back. o The game will focus on AI, specifically voice-controlled AI. o As with many UT2004 levels, the layout of maps in the next UT is being finalized before artwork is incorporated. o The game will feature a global ratings system that will allow clans to compare scores. o Gametypes include Onslaught, DM, TDM, CTF, and the all-new Conquest mode. It appears that Assault, Bombing Run and Domination have been dropped. o Classic map Deck 17 returns in UT2007! -- "The level we brought in first is called Deck 17 [...] because we knew if we made changes and tweaked the movement, everyone would be able to see the difference and the improvement because they knew what the level felt like before." - Jim Brown o "We're not trying to make a prettier UT2K4. We're really trying to make a very new game." - Steve Polge o Epic aims to correct the steep learning curve seen in UT2003/4, making the game enjoyable for newbies and veteran players alike, hence the ability to use your stats to find similarly-skilled opponents o "People in the lobby can say 'Hey, I want to play a capture-the-flag match on this map.' and you'll set it up from there and boom, you'll all go off and play it." - Steve Polge on in-game lobbies. o Epic hopes to have deeper community integration in-game for the next UT. o UT2007 will be published by Midway in the second half of 2006. o According to Epic, UT2007's AI and gameplay are already better than that of UT2004, and most other current titles. o "Out goal is to make a much better UT than anyone's ever seen." - Steve Polge. o "Actually, we don't think 2K4 was very successful [...] It wasn't a bad game... I just wish it could have been a better game than it was." - Steve Polge o "We've paid [...] a lot of attention to what the guys in the community are saying, and we take that feedback to heart." - Jim Brown o "The original Unreal Tournament was on the threshold of being a great game. If we had done 2K4 without having to feel kind of in the box of what we had started in 2K3, I think it would have been a much better game than it was." - Steve Polge o "[in UT2004] you miss the feeling you get from being in someone's face and fighting with them." - Jeff Morris * Project Leads o Steve Polge - Lead Designer o Jim Brown - Lead Level Designer * Vehicles o Nine 'Axon' vehicles taken from UT2004: ECE + The Scorpion buggy now comes with an XMP-style rocket booster, as well as an 'eject' button which turns it into a self-destructing bomb. + Scorpion now features Rocket Launchers instead of UT2004's energy web. + Goliath tank may feature destructable treads this time around. o Nine new Necris vehicles * Weapons o Rocket Launcher o Flak Cannon o Redeemer o Link Gun o Shock Rifle o AVRiL o Sniper Rifle o Dual Enforcers o Stinger (from Unreal 1 and Unreal Championship 2, replaces the Minigun) o Canister Gun (houses Grenade Launcher, Mine Layer, Bio Rifle) * Conquest Gametype Information o Features eight teams, each with unique armor. o Conquest maps are "potentially as large as three onslaught maps with assault-like objectives and even a form of limited resource management planned" o "there may be the option to treat a conquest match like a long term war, so you can play, take a break, and then go back and play more later" o "you can use your stats to find similarly abled opponents" o "pre-game lobbies" will be present in some form o "clan pages and other sites will be able to be viewed from within the game" o "conquest will take advantage of the Unreal Engine 3's ability to seamlessly stream maps by putting you in a battlefield the size of several maps stitched together" o "players will battle on one of two teams, each sides terriroty will look physically different, as you take a territory it will convert to the otherteams structures and physical surroundings" o "conquest should appeal to a wider gaming audience and provide a place where longer-term strategy, teamwork, and face-to-face fragging all meet" o Currently only exists "on paper". o Seen as a replacement for Assault mode. * Teams o Nakhti (Egyptians from UC2) o Necris o Juggernauts o The Corrupt o Iron Guard o Krall o Jacob's Team (Marines?) o "Player's Team" (Unnamed) * Bots & AI o Epic plans to give a lot more personality to the UT2007 bots, shown through their interactions with players and each other in the single player campaign. o Bots' personalities will make them better suited to certain tasks. o "So if you're doing a flag run, you can hear what's going on back at your base because guys are shouting to each other where the enemy's coming from and what they're doing to prevent it". - Steve Polge o Voice command will play a much larger role in UT2007. o "You'll be able to ask [the bots] questions about their status: 'Is there anybody down in the cavern?', 'No, cavern's all clear'. Or you could throw out warnings like, "There's a sniper on the tower. Go get the sniper.'" - Steve Polge From http://www.beyondunreal.com/main/future/ut2007.php Check the site for screenies.
  13. Doesn't it say EP3, not E3? Damn it!!!! I got so wraped up in the gaming world and since E3 is in one week, I totally thought it was about the expo. Oy, I'm so ashamed. Again, sorry. :$
  14. Some more information: 'Dian' sent in this bit heard on TV in Australia regarding the upcoming live-action "Star Wars" TV series: I was just watching the news over here in Australia and they said that the TV series will be shot in Australia and a deal will be done this June. The show will be one hundred episodes long and a hour each. Lucasfilm is also developing a 3D half-hour version of the Clone Wars animated series that have aired on Cartoon Network. Static Multimedia has more on this with George Lucas: "The TV series, the animated TV series called 'Clone Wars' is about the clone wars. Some of it has been on the Cartoon Network, but we're making it into an actual half hour, 3D animation series, and the other one deals with minor characters. And the time period is between episode 3 and episode 4, that 20-year stretch, but the characters aren't any of the main characters that are in the movies." In that interview, Lucas also talks about "Episode III" (including spoilers) and the "Star Wars" franchise in-depth. He gave an update on Indiana Jones 4 as well: "Yep. I got a script last week and I'm going to work with the writer next week and you know, we have a ways to go on it." Thanks to www.comingsoon.net.
  15. I downloaded it so I can have it for the future and I can truthfully say it is awesome. It's funny, it's action-packed and the quality of the video is very pro-like.
  16. I still think you should delete those accounts that haven't posted at all - 0 - and have joined in 2004 or earlier.
  17. By E3 Trailers, I thought they would be game trailers since E3 is a gaming expo. Very misleading title.
  18. Then, if they want to post, they'll join again.
  19. 6066...then again, you could always combine all three to make one big outpost.
  20. I really think that "members" who have 0 posts should be deleted and those who didn't post at all this year should also be deleted. You know, clean up.
  21. ed_dotcom, those 3 sets actually look awesome! ...getting closer to sets.....drawing away from LEGO.............
  22. That seems to be like the same trailer as I said before...except I never mentioned the link for the trailer. I'm so definately getting this game for PC. EDIT: New vid from E3: http://media.xbox.ign.com/media/736/736124/vids_1.html (E3 Trailer Direct-Feed) Plus more screenies: http://media.xbox.ign.com/media/736/736124/imgs_1.html
  23. I don't understand. Why does LEGO have to license? I thought they said they were done with that. I mean, I really doubt LEGO would get in trouble if they took out the stickers, not pay for the license and just call it Flat Wagons or something like that.
  24. Since I never played it, I've decided to download Halo 1 for PC and decide for myself how good it is. I thought Unreal Tournament was crap, then a friend of mine showed me the first one and I was immediately hooked and now, play UT04 online almost everyday, so I may be wrong about Halo (chances are not but it's worth a shot).
  25. It's enough I don't like Halo, last thing I need is my favourite toy making Halo sets. Stupid over-rated games.
