  1. I knew where the second one was right away by being familiar with the forum the cop was located but the third took awhile cause i'm still new to the forum the pop star in was in.
  2. Nice ambulance. I like the color scheme cause it is similar to the scheme that the Clark County Fire and Rescue vehicles use. They're only outside the Las Vegas Metro area like in my hometown where i grew up. Great Job FixBayonets! Live long 4-stud vehicles!
  3. Same here. Have the first three in a draft now addressed to our new member DarkFang. The second one shouldn't have been so obvious to a young one like me
  4. I agree with everyone. I believe the early '90s chevron worker look is best. The newer torsos minus the Train logo are identical to the construction ones.
  5. I voted High Degree as well. I've lived in Northern Cali and Southern Nevada my whole life so the Union Pacific has been a big influence. All of my LDDs are UP or Southern Pacific and having only UP in my HO scale in my childhood helped my motivation. I'm in process of building a UP switcher in fact and will post when it's completed. I did in fact live near a BNSF line 20 miles away from my hometown for 13 years but the Yellow and Red had already stuck in my heart.
  6. Nice work Goldenmasamune. I like it with Bluish Grey Baseplate.
  7. Great looking station Bachus! I also like the dead end approach. Can't wait to see it in brick on your layout.
  8. Nice work. Can't wait to see this in real form with stickers either. Love the front end with square headlights. Great job BrickWild!
  9. Great Dump truck MOC. I love how you centered the headlights in the grill versus the standard cheese headlamps. Looks great and better than 7631 to drive and navigate the Lego streets. Great Job Allos!
  10. I love collecting new sets from my local shopping but nothing can match finding and rebuilding my old childhood sets. I guess I'm split on both styles. In my LDDs at home I have MOCs using the new wider 4- and 6-wide stud vehicles but I have 4-wide stud trucks that I love on how simple they look and build. Whenever i move into a bigger space where I can dedicate to my collection I think it will have a mix of the classic sets with the newer modular sets. I believe it will have that small town feel with the big modern city looks. Like for example when the 3180 Tank Truck driver waves to the 4537 Twin Tank Truck driver passing by on a delivery run.
  11. Glad the USA price difference isn't that great. Only 5 dollars. Since it's limited edition i think i will pick this one up before the Lego truck. I've always wanted a TRU in my Lego city. Plus the more semi-trucks i get, the more and more of a need it is to build that truck stop I've always wanted to build. Great looking set.
  12. Yes i love the detailed trees all round. Nice use of the 2010 sets also. The motion makes it look so real. Great job
  13. Nicely detailed cars and engines! I can't wait to see them in real life either. Especially Loco #7. I love SP engines since they are part of my favorite railroad.
  14. Nice little wagon. It appears to be big enough to hold containers. I agree it will look nice with 4512. Looks like a updated version of the yellow stake wagon from 4563 using modern hinges. I love it especially since it's green and green rocks! Great job andythenorth!
  15. Beautiful yet simple tankers andythenorth! I love the use of Aquazone pieces to support the ladders. Makes me want to make some myself. Great job!
  16. Ahh time to save up $200.45 for those two sets and 45 cents in BAB pieces i plan to use for the MOC classic bucket idea in my head for the MOW. Plus shipping and handling of course
  17. Great Job MdrnMrvls! I love the realism and the massive size of it. I want that on my construction site!
  18. Thanks for the great review Matt! I've been waiting for this set all year and looks great! I do agree with you it does look off balanced especially with that huge bucket. I would make another attachment with an older 4626 bucket making it look look more slim and able to work in tighter spaces without ripping up the track. Other than that I can't wait to pick one up here in the US at a decent price.
  19. I have the same thoughts lightningtiger. More MOW would be nice along with more cargo stock. Especially Octan cars.
  20. I like it. I see them a lot in Las Vegas used in malls and casinos. Customer service and security use them alike. The set box looks nice also. Great job
  21. haha Hybrid minis how cool. I like the design of the battery packs. It's awesome how you have a fleet of them already. Go Eco-Friendly! Great job!
  22. Great Job mrblue! I love the details in such a standard size. The sliding doors are what first caught my eye and the bar looks beautiful. Do you plan on making more car or engine units? Either way it looks great! Keep the good work coming!
  23. Yes i love this set even though i can't afford to buy this set right now. I agree with everyone on that Lego should release a set like this to help expand our trains and car counts. I guess we'll have to wait for 7939 for some new train cars. Great review, love how you incorporated the mini figs into the review. Great job legofan
  24. Great Job. Matches dead on with the prototype. Can't wait to see it with Soo decals.
  25. Hello, may i join the Academy? I love learning about Legos and would like to make nice reviews of sets that i see here everyday. I have a small growing collection (that magically gets bigger each paycheck )of a 10+ sets new and old with a digital camera collecting dust. Thanks
