  1. Wizard Duel Round 2 Johann Peterschmut | 4------Vs.-----Ollivander Dippet | 3 Low ~ 0 ---------------------- Expecto Patronum ~ 0 Expelliarmus ~ 0 -----------------------Mid ~ 0 High ~ 0 ----------------------- Sectum Sempra - Mid ~ 2 Crucio ~ 0 ------------------- Protego ~ 0 Protego ~ 0 ----------------------- Expelliarmus ~ 1 Health: 1 --------------------- Health: 3 The Gryffindor rises from the floor and shouts, "Expecto Patronum!" A large furry dog flows from his wand and blocks the spell Johann was casting. Johann then disarms his opponent but Dippet dives for his wand and, catching it, casts a powerful spell that causes a gash on Johann's torso. Enraged, the Slytherin tries a cruciatus curse but Ollivander is ready with a shield charm. Then he disarms Peterschmut and blasts through a shield charm that the Slytherin was producing. Send for round 3 when ready.
  2. I'm going to withdraw my vote for Helen. I know she was only trying to be proactive and she did remove her vote when she realized that she may have been wrong about Edgar. Unvote: Helen Hippo / def Speaking of Edgar I would like to agree that he will be a prime target tonight and, even if he's not asking, I'm asking for anyone with such powers of protection to use it wisely on our pachyderm friend.
  3. Except they weren't crazed ramblings but hints that I feel were obvious to someone willing to look at them. And you still aren't. Perhaps you're scum or did figure out the hints but would benefit from his removal from our village? Hmmm, who would want to do that? Someone who doesn't want to prevent forest fires. I would rather have an ineffectual vote than one that condemns a person that I'm confidant is innocent and needed for our survival.
  4. Which of the Atlantis diver heads do you have?
  5. Well it is supposed to be a gnome, if that's what you mean. I made it originally as decoration for one of my Series 3 contest entries. Then I just started putting different minifig accessories in his hand and kept cracking myself up. I took some pics of it on Flickr...
  6. Instead of just saying we should look at people who did this or that, we need to actually DO something. Those who think they know better than I might find it helpful to offer up actual names or voice their suspicions about specific people.
  7. Note the things you'd like and we'll go from there.
  8. I would love to be included in this. Not sure if I'll make it there myself. Here's what I decided on for my sigfig: The parts should be fairly common. Maybe someday I'll decide on a normal minifigure sigfig...
  9. I've updated the pictures and added a bunch of Pharaoh's Quest items to my wants. ( I might be working on a special contest entry but I won't tell. )
  10. That is absolutely hilarious! Clever piece usage for the spud, too. I especially would never have thought of the turkey for the nose but it fit in so well as a nose I had to do a double take to see that it was the turkey.
  11. Wizard Duel Round 1 Johann Peterschmut | 5------Vs.-----Ollivander Dippet | 5 Protego ~ 0 ---------------------- Protego ~ 0 Crucio ~ 1 ----------------------- Sectum Sempra- Low ~ 0 Expelliarmus ~ 1 ----------------------- Expelliarmus ~ 0 Low ~ 0 ------------------- High ~ 1 High ~ 0 ----------------------- Protego ~ 0 Health: 4 --------------------- Health: 3 Gryffindor Dippet decides to raid the kitchens at Hogwarts late at night when around a corner in a hallway he runs smack into Johann Peterschmut. The two pick themselves off the floor and both cast a shield charm. Then Johann gets the upper hand by casting a cruciatus curse and laughs as Ollivander squirms on the floor. Dippet breaks the curse and tries to disarms the Slytherin but Peterschmut does the same and overwhelms Dippet's spell sending him flying down the hall. He lands by his wand and hits Johann with a high spell. The Slytherin tries a high spell but Dippet uses a shield charm again. Send for round 2 when ready.
  12. I can do it. Send them to me when ready.
  13. Maybe, but it was harder to pick one out at the time when a single vote might convict an innocent. My voting was more or less a "Hey wait let's stop and look at this" attempt to split the vote. I don't encourage anyone else to vote unless they feel they have sound reasons. Since we only get one unvote, I'm going to wait a little while if I choose to do so. I'm going to take a break and think a while before acting on anything next. If anyone needs to talk, I'll be at my store stocking the shelves. It always helps me clear my head.
  14. Thanks for the review, Whitefang! If the Gnomes face was blue, he'd sorta look like Papa Smurf. I love his torso and hat as well. So after seeing more pics still my favorite. I'm also glad the Sailor is common. His winking is a great expression along with the sailor uniform.
  15. If you can point to someone who you think could be at fault, Kaley. I'm all ears. Fluffy perfectly trimmed ears.
  16. Well, shoot. Go ahead with the penalty. I deserve it...
  17. Vote: Helen Hippo/ def I think you're finger pointing needs scrutinizing and that you're far too quick to try and displace blame. I don't do this maliciously either but I believe Edgar's story and you started the snowball down the hill. I'm willing to vote elsewhere if there's a more solid lead.
  18. I only count 12 votes so far. I'm not willing to cast the final stone because I sort of believe the big guy. I think we'll need him.
  19. Those are a lot of votes in a short period of time. I need to think before rushing to vote. I may not like the smell of fish that Edgar carries with him all of the time but he is the only one who buys the live bait from my store. What would I do with all those worms if he's not around any more? That'll eat into my profit margin.
  20. You mean like protest signs? I do have some blunted pitchforks and fireproof effigies but we're probably going to have to be more proactive than that to catch the evil-doers.
  21. It's hard to believe that on such a sunny day in our fair village that there could be such evil among us. And that we have to make such a nasty decision to vote out someone with so little information... I'd like to remind everyone that the angry mob supplies are still on sale at my store. Let's catch those evil-doers before we innocents are done in by them.
  22. I'd like to ask Hoffman whether he has ever seen the locket that we found. I'd also like to talk to Gloria privately.
  23. Portia Poodle here checking in. Until further notice all angry mob supplies are half off at my general store. Because what's an angry mob without supplies? Just a bunch of angry people. Let's all do our part and protect Spring Haven from evil!
  24. I would like to search any bins or boxes that might be outside the hospital.
  25. Wizard Duel Round 3 Diana Fabray | 4------Vs.-----Johann Peterschmut | 3 Expelliarmus ~ 0 ---------------------- Low ~ 0 Mid ~ 1 ----------------------- High ~ 0 High ~ 0 ----------------------- Expelliarmus ~ 0 Low ~ 0 ------------------- Crucio ~ 1 Crucio ~ 0 ----------------------- Protego ~ 0 Health: 3 --------------------- Health: 2 Fabray disarms Peterschmut and then hits him with a shot to the torso that shoves him across the floor. Luckily, he lands near his wand and uses it to disarm Diana. Then he makes her writhe in pain with a cruciatus curse. she breaks the curse and tries to return the favor but Johann puts a shield charm up in time. "Not bad young one," Diana sneers. "But not good enough. Come back when you can earn it." With that she steps back into the crowd to assess the next hopeful. Well, if KDM didn't have that toughness, we'd be going into extra innings but since he does we have to call it here. Update your profiles accordingly.
