The Forest Mafia: Day Three
CorneliusMurdock replied to Hinckley's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
After your revelations at the very end of the day yesterday, I think we'll need more explanations than that, Lazlo. So get with the explaining already. -
Running Away From Home. The lawn gnome has had enough of his sedentary lifestyle. So he makes up his mind to ride the rails searching for fortune and adventure. The doors close, too.

Red Scare Mystery - Chapter Eleven

Perhaps we should go see if Dr. Geller still has an office around here. Strange that Lloyd would go through all the trouble of hidin' such a note. Do we know who Lloyd's father was? -

The doctor was killed with a knife, wasn't he? I still find it hard to believe that a loyal vigilante would kill national guardsmen (also knifed). But a neutral party in this whole mess don't make a whole lot of sense to me. -

So many talented builders and not enough votes! 17) Diver, Surfer & Fisherman Entry (Build by Cecilie) - 1 point - Wonderful waterfall. 20) Nurse, Surfer & Space Villain Entry (Build by Darkblane) - The entire entry is just marvelous. 21) Skater Boy, Skier & Snowboarder Entry (Build by kciR) - I'm amazed at how much you fit in there. -

Great entries by everyone! 7) Pilot Entry (Build by Dan Church) - 1 point - I love the balloon and the way you thought outside the box by having him pilot it instead of a plane. 17) Samurai Warrior Entry (Build by lisqr) - 1 point - Simple but effective in capturing the feel of the room within the size limit. 32) Samurai Warrior Entry (Build by Dannylonglegs) - 1 point - Absolutely lovely. -
The Forest Mafia: Day Two
CorneliusMurdock replied to Hinckley's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
C'mon! I wish you would have something, anything sooner. Even if you were a little vague about what was happening. I can't unvote you now even if you are telling the truth. There's so little time left in the day, I don't know what can be done about your accusation. -

In the interest of making a conviction and preventing the wrath of god, I will: Unvote: Bristol / Bob and Vote: Lazlo / TPRU The others voting for you make a valid point about your inactivity and lack of helpfulness. And I still think there's something up with Bristol but I suppose that will have to wait for the future. -

How do you figure he was converted? What would a neutral party be doin' in this mess? -
The Forest Mafia: Day Two

I realize it was early in the day but I think there was still enough evidence (Booker's charred skeleton) this morning that he was on the level this morning to make your statement somewhat ridiculous. And I still think saying that "most of us" didn't believe him is dramatically overstating it. -

Who are you asking and what in the world are you talking about. If you really want to make an offer on something I have for trade, post what you would like and offer something to me that is on my list. -
The Forest Mafia: Day Two
CorneliusMurdock replied to Hinckley's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Since you wanted more than just hunches, this is my reason for voting for you: This statement makes no sense to me at all. I think most of us now agree that Edgar is being truthful with us. There was a fair number of us who believed him yesterday, even before we knew the fate that Booker would suffer at the hands of the arsonist. If there wasn't at least half of us who believed him, he would have been convicted. So saying that someone who would have protected an innocent elephant was either crazy or scummy seems fishy to me. Vote: Bristol Bunny / Bob -
The Forest Mafia: Day Two

We'll assume that no one wants to be voted out, Lauren. For now, I believe you. Unfortunately that leaves us with no leads once again. Since most of the people I've talked to won't hazard a guess as to who the scum might be, we're left at square one. Don't get me wrong, it's great that everyone that's been suspected has perfectly rational defenses and turns out to be townies doing their job but that doesn't help us with this voting dilemma. -

Contest Entry Category: Favorite Scene For the first time uncensored and unabridged, comes what really happened after Brenda, the lifeguard, came up to James Falzone's apartment after their date. Enjoy! I didn't have all of the correct minifig parts for either of them but I think they're still recognizable. -

Edgar does not say in that quote that he knows who visited him but rather someone told him that he had visitors. -

As far as I know, Edgar has not claimed that he knows who targeted him last night, Pennie. I'm hoping someone was watching, though, and will find a way to get the word out so we can make an informed decision with the vote today. -
The Forest Mafia: Day Two
CorneliusMurdock replied to Hinckley's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Well, Horace, it's nice to know that last night wasn't as bad as it could have been. There's always a chance you could be lying, but your story would explain the absence of a Demon Legion kill. Perhaps the scum knew that Edgar would most likely be protected, and decided to prevent him from catching the arsonist instead of killing him while going after a person they did not think would be protected. While I think the arsonist is not working directly with the scum, the Legion would like nothing more than to see us chase our tails and any distraction or roadblock that keeps us from catching them, they will exploit. Why Horace, though? Did anyone come sniffing around privately that may have thought you needed sent to the glue factory? That might be a lead. -

Someone who goes around trapping people in their houses and burning them alive doesn't sound like a person I would want hanging around. I'd say most definitely neutral. -

The Forest Mafia: Day Two

Poor Booker.... It is very sad that our bear friend is no longer with us especially since it is now proven that he was one of us. The manner of his death was horribly gruesome. I hope that no one else suffers such a horrible fate. This was clearly arson and I don't think a regular bodygaurd would have saved him. It is imperative that we catch this other menace to our fair village. -

I'd like to examine any papers on the floor to determine what the intruder was looking for and to see if any information about Laura is present. I'd also like to have a word with Delores. -

We need to find these commies quick! We're droppin' off like flies! I'm startin' to wonder if the knife killer just changed their killing methods... I'd like to examine both bodies for any notes or signs of their allegiances. Will we ever find that out about our other dead people, Bob? -

Wizard Duel Round 3 Johann Peterschmut | 1------Vs.-----Ollivander Dippet | 3 Expelliarmus ~ 0 ---------------------- Expecto Patronum ~ 0 Protego ~ 0 -----------------------Protego ~ 0 Crucio ~ 1 ----------------------- Sectum Sempra - Low ~ 0 Low ~ 0 ------------------- Expelliarmus ~ 0 Mid ~ 0 ----------------------- Protego ~ 0 Health: 1 --------------------- Health: 2 Dippet once again summons his furry Patronus and it protects him from the disarming spell cast by his opponent. Then both combatants produce a shield charm. Te Slytherin then manages to sneak in a cruciatus curse. Ollivander breaks the spell and disarms Johann. Finding his wand once again, Peterschmut fires another spell but it is blocked by another of the Gryffindor's shield charms. Suddenly Mrs. Norris rounds the corner. Knowing that Filch can't be far behind, the two students make a mad dash for their respective common rooms, stopping for nothing until safe in bed once again. Congrats, CF! Round 2 was the decisive one this match and that one was all yours. Better luck next time Admriral. You're bound to win sometime. Update your profiles accordingly. -

Looks like you only have the Ace head. I've noted it. Is there anything else in my wanted list you have and are willing to trade?
