The LEGO Batman Movie Set/CMF Rumors & Discussion
samurai-turtle replied to Sir Gareth's topic in LEGO Licensed
It looks like Toys'R'Us put out LEGO Batman movie series 2 mini-figure(s). I seen two boxes, well one picked over by box left. I ended up getting two Batman(s) (the mere-bat & dolphin Batman). Toys'R'Us having buy 2 for $5, not sure how long it is going on for. -
So #158 looks to be about over. Does this means the "last quest" is going to be starting soon. (I am guessing after the holidays.)

For some reason I can't see the pictures. -
Aaaaaaaaa...mmmmm...does it sound like it? Hey the "lava-speeder" makes as much sense as anything else LEGO/Disney has done. @dvogon Did you do that your self or fine it some where? Someone else opinion on the set and they don't seem to like very much. https://www.fbtb.net/lego-star-wars/2017/12/05/review-75204-sandspeeder/

Have you not seen Revenge of the Sith? When Obi-Wan was on "pot hole world" he ask the locals if he could fuel up his ship? Before he went off to fight General Grievous. I would like a minute of an explanation on anything. It kinda comes off like the Half Blooded Prince. When Snape tells Harry "I am the Half Blooded Prince." You are like where did that come from. But if you read the book it is actually explained. (His father's last name is Prince.)

I was thinking kitchen floor (or bathroom) for some reason. -
I will try to put some thought down here about this move. The first thing is (I guess) is pacing they could not seem to stay focused on one person. It seems like it was five minutes on Rey five minutes on Finn five minutes on Poe and repeat. This was most noticeably during the Casino World part(s). The humor mostly fell flat I don't remember anyone chuckling once. I am wondering if it was a smaller audience for part of this issue. I don't think the theater was even half full. (Plus, no kids in the audience, sure it was a Sunday 8 o'clock showing. I guess they had to go to school the next day.) One more thing about the humor and this gets a little dark. I was hoping the one Porg killed the other Porg with the Lightsaber or least hurt it. The next thing the time between ep 7 & ep 8 was it just a few days, weeks or months (it should be months) part of it made me thinks days. If it was days it does come off like Rogue One to me. Carrie Fisher, what? To me the movie wanted to be a love letter to her. And yes it is a sad thing she died. And this is what makes me think this. Right before the movie stared a trivia face popped up on the screen. Basically it said not one of Fishers scenes were cut from the movie. Is this good or bad I don't know yet. Maybe after a few more viewings I will have a better idea on this point. And as others have pointed out where does this leave here character? Should she been turned into a "Force Ghost" with Luke? I wouldn't think it will be that hard to show her turning into a ghost. Show her "Gray Cloak" she was wearing gentle falling. This might not technical be part of this movie, more part of the trilogy. Now do you remember how everyone saying The Force Awakens rips off A New Hope. Well I was thinking about "original draft" for Star Wars. And do you remember some of the original characters, like what Luke was originally supposed to be female. I was thinking what if the "original draft" was used as some sort of starting point for the newer trilogy. (I will admit my knowledge on this subject is limited. It was something I thought about and decided to just throw it out there.)

LEGO in Film & TV: Index of Appearances
samurai-turtle replied to Izzy's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Well you could see a LEGO box in a Saturday Night Live bit with James Franco and Leslie Jones. Franco basically cuts himself really bad and squirting blood all over the place. Jones can be seen holding a LEGO box. (It had some sort of tractor on the box. I don't recognize what set it is, I am guessing a city set.) -
The fan I got on at the moment. But if you are talking about music is it usually the local radio stations like classic rock or just classical music on the public radio station.
-
Well an obvious answer is what do you think you will enjoy. But an follow up question is what do you plan to do?

Sericon might still be around. I haven't see he in a while though. Germ add before he sit down the next table over. And appears to write some Z-Mail to a couple of different people.

Is it a secret who they are? Considered they sound like they're shutting this place down. I guess we are going to find out soon or later who ever they are.
-
Did you know them, Monk? Yeah, I seen her / him (dam that is annoying) once. Like I said Kiray probably would know more about it.

I will give one point each to #9, #10 & #14. -
I don't know how that would of been possible. The building got destroyed when they escaped. What did they do teleported the building away? It seems a little bit of an overkill (if you ask me). Burning the place down would of been easier.

It took Herm a second to think of an answer no matter how poorly it was given. This corruption you speak of is more like greed and pride. I believe it was a two Guilds the houses tried to start. All they seemed to do was elect a king and that hasn't seemed to pan out. As for alignment with the "Heros" I think it was mostly for show. I know I didn't care what side I was on, one side seemed to care more than the other so I joined the one that I more influence with. At this point Germ showed them his Crescent Seal. (What did they call themselves again?) Crescent Union, I think the other group had something to do with the "sun". One group wanted the sun the other wanted the moon. (A bunch of dumbness if you ask me.) No, the best is we just looked at each other once. I don't think I said one word to "it". You see, I was out in some "dark" woods out in Dastan. Now I went out their to retrieve some dragoons with some other "Heros". To keep the story short I separated from the others "Heros". Well I guess The Fay One transported the others to this other dimension. Now I am not to sure how much time they spent in this place but when they came out six weeks passed in this dimension. So, no, I don't think The Fay One know what is going on here ... That is when Germ first noticed Kiray and then pointed at her. If you want to know more about The Fay One, ask Kiray here she was their during the whole mess. I am going to ask, what is your interest in this place? Are you going to buy it or something. Or make a similar group like this some where else? ... Hey Hoke, wasn't their a group in that fishing village we were at, that was some odd clone of this place?
-
Oh, for peat sakes! Could be heard halfway across the "Hall", as Germ got up to move closer to the group. Can't you tell no one is in charge here. The best you are going to find is probably the "Bar Maid". As he pointed at Scheherazade. (Not sure why anyone would want to run "Heroica"?) Besides their was a Library around here, I am sure you could find answers there if it is still open. What do you expect with political groups. They want things messed up. So you can't tell what they are truly up to, and it is usually up to no good stuff. If you can fine him or is it a she. (Come to think about no one else could figure out if The Fay One was a male or female. I only seen him / her once or was it twice. Where was I at? Oh, yeah.) He / she was their from the beginning of "Heroica". Like I said the biggest problem is finding her / him. She / he lives in another dimension and what I heard time runs oddly in this place.

As Germ seems to be coming and going. He eventually goes to the "flyer" he put up earlier and scratch off a lot of items. Before putting it back up.
