Yay! Finally someone made some smurfs! Only thing wich seems a bit weird at they dont hav face expressions I really need to get some of smufs into my Redcoat Army now Captain Becker

Pretty Darn sweet fortres indeed! I like the decorations on the wall and the outer scene you made. Specially one Redcoat making Sand castle made me smile. I only dont like at there is only two cannons and i thik at even it is very beatifully decorated, its too much for a fortress. And the fact at you wanted to honour Our Admiral Zorro by putting him into Bluecoats coat is very nicely done. Great MOC, great fortress and darn good job whit this. Captain Becker

Agree whit the others at this is indeed a great looking ship. I do like the shape, but the deck seems to be a bit empty IMO, but its only an illusion for me because there is no "Hole" in this ship, and there isnt any smaller cannons on board (I have used to see some in ships MOC`s) . The interior looks great as well, but it seems at Captain wont get much privacy when there isnt wall between his cabin and the crews quarteers. Its a great ship and hope to see another ship from you soon as well. Captain Becker

Anyone knows when these new Kindoms sets were supposed to hit on the store selfs? Is it the same time as upcoming POTC line as well 8 May? Captain Becker

What was the last movie you watched?
Captain Becker replied to EbonHawk's topic in Culture & Multimedia
Downfall made in 2007, sad sad movie, i seriosly couldnt watch one scene where Hitler did kill his dog (As a dog friend). Otherly the movie was OK. But dont recommend to watch it, it is extremly brutal movie IMO. And Harry Potter 2 also, although not totally, missed it a bit. Captain Becker -
Nice vignettes, i like them but i have to agree at you could have made these ones better whit more time. Anyways, happy easter to everyone here on EB. Keep on praying and remembering amen. Captain Becker

Indeed they are in every set in every country. The orginal plan was to make the Gold bars and the cins in a chromed ones, what a shame at LEGO choosed to change their mind. Captain Becker

And todays awesome remix has bringed us by Fargotton (AKA Pogo) whit his latest remix of Living Islands. This is surely something you should check out! This guy isnt an artist, he makes magic! Captain Becker

The ship is fine whitout it The ship stern hull piece already gives some sort of illusion of the rudder, and i think adding it would only make the ship look a bit ugly. Captain Becker
-
Well now that we know at even the coins arent chromed ones, is just a serios let down for me, and i am not gonna get this set probably, the gold ingots i could take yet, but not the coins also. And if i get, those ugly coins i throw somewhere hide for sure. Captain Becker

Nice microscale neverland you have there! Everything looks just perect. And shouldnt this be in the Pirates MOC forum instead of here? Captain Becker

Now thats a great looking ship! As Aalak said, the ladders could be moved forwards, and also take the black stairs at the back away totally, it just wont look good over there IMO. And mind you say whats that overhanging thing on the deck in the last picture? About the gunports, Dark red looks very good IMO so i say keep them as they are, the ship has already enough Black colour IMO, so it brings some nice detail in there. Also where the ships "Hole" is, you could add two ladders over there in each side, and take some of those black plates away, just a few, so there is some space between them. Thats again some of my small tips. Waiting for the next update to say some more if needed. Keep it up. Captain Becker

Well sorry about that. I do like the ship actually, the shape is very good and the name in very umm... unique i could say? The crew s names are funnily flippered (If that is a word) And the film is just great. All i wish now at you would make more of these! And what about those mysterios chinese pirates, one on the pirate kings? What hes up to? Will he try to get all the honour and loot to him self? Does he try to stop them or are they willing to help them? But what if they want to rob and take over the whole ship? Find out in the NEXT EPISODE! Ok, sorry about that, just couldnt resist Captain Becker

Hello there and welcome to Eurobricks Fellow finnish friend Jani. Do you have any other hobbies besides Lego? And if so, do you have any favorite themes. Hope you will enjoy your time here on Eurobricks, and hope to see some of yours and you sons MOC`s sometime. Once more: Tervetuloa! Captain Becker

Two words: Less curve! Keeps the sides tallness same, but reduce the curve so it would be more like this: (Sorry my bad photoshopping, but hope you will get the picture what i mean) And secondly, take the second window on the cabin sides away. (The one wich is on the right in that picture) so it would look better, and making this you can add one or two more gunports over there if you like to. Keep us updated. Captain Becker

I think those are some kind of "Ropess" what (In the rumors) blackbeard used to set on fire, so at he would be covered whit smoke when the battle was on. This was mainly at he would look more powerfull and scarier or so. Cant explain it right but hope you get the picture. Wikipedia is helpful if you need. Captain Becker

General Pirates of the Caribbean Theme Discussion Thread
Captain Becker replied to Oswald the Rabbit's topic in LEGO Pirates
You got to be kidding me! Those are ridiculous! I went today looking and hoping to get some POTC sets, but wasnt lucky. I think i will have to wait May.. Wich is way too long yet. I wonder how in the world can US and UK has the sets already, if they were supposed to be relased in May. I want these sets so badly right now, oh and anyone think at Lego will use these new elements and printings (Like New Redcoats officers Torso and the hat) in future Classic Pirates theme? That would be cool. Captain Becker -
Its the Minimodel of course if you dont have some sort of plan first, where you gonna start building eh? Great Vignette Diidy, great scene whit lots of details in it, like the globes stand. And great way to show how Pirates stuff fits into Castle as well. one question: Why there is a barrel pointing out of the wall? What that supposed to be? Captain Becker
-
Actually, Lego has always fooled whit box pictures just becasue: At the set would sell more. And of course TLC cant provide everything we would want to get. But lets hope at we get those chromed gold bars at some point in City and Pirates line in the future. But in a other hand, i would also have liked if they would have even coloured them as we see in 2011 Bank and money Transfer Set. So in this case, they did it on purpose. Captain Becker

I actually knew that before this review, i just somehow felt at: "Its have to be a sticker, there is no other possibilitys". And look, i was right! Nice review TheBrickser, waiting the rest of it. And i dont think at that barrel whit those bottles is supposed to be a lamp, its just a table whit some empty rum bottles. But that depens how you like to think at it. Unfortanelly, i have to leave this amazing set away from my shopping list due the money Captain Becker

Elven magic eh? Mmmm... No, i still would put a curtain over there, but thats only the small nitpick. You did a great job over here. The house itself looks already great, and the garden is also very detailed. And what about that cute poor little animal over there? And the inside of the house is also very detailed. You did excellent job here. Captain Becker
