My order of the Imperial Flagship from S@H Australia has been shipped. I picked standard shipping. :( I hope my boxes dont get crushed. Will update details once I get them. If they are crushed etc I might send a friendly email to Lego and see what they have to say for themselves. They have been pretty helpfull esp when I was missing one piece on my 8420 set, I got a replacement sent (for free) from germany!

Ive used shipto a few times and it's a really great service. Got a lego item I won off ebay-us (seller didnt want to send to Australia) so I used shipto. Then pre-ordered some toy story sets from amazon and yea it's currently being sent to me. Things to note: Buying from S@H and sending it to your shipto address incures a % sales tax for CA areas (which is where the location is). Shipto charge a "bank fee 4.3%" on the shipping cost.

Wow that's pretty good! and I thought my purchase of $AUD185 for the VW Beetle from a hobby shop here in Sydney was good. Sooo hard to find them in store. Dont temp me to buy more green grocers too. It's $119 as opposed to $149. Dunno never really used bricklink. If I lived in USA i'd buy so many lego items and resell and make a mint! When I visit USA i'll definately take a empty suitcase/bag and stash it with so much lego when I get home. Like that guy that took the Millenium Falcon as hand luggage. lol

The problem with ordering from USA is the shipping charge if you are using shipto. I was planning (still am) but not sure if I will go through with ordering 3 of the Green Grocers then have shipto send it to me. As im not sure how much they weight it's a gamble. What do you guys think? Since it's on special if you buy 3 from the USA S@H.

I'd say watch out for the big chains (Target, Kmart, Myer, DJs, TRU) to have sales or "exclusive" sets then the Imperial Flagship will be out here. I ordered 2 of these from S@H! Yay! Total cost was $604.98. Stupid standard shipping of $45. Will get it in 18 days! ffs. OMG OMG OMG!! I went to Kmart to go and browse and stuff was walking around and I found Death Star 10188!!! It was NOT where the normal lego was. I was walking around trying to find a price check machine then the "LEGO" logo caught my eye as it was on a big shelf near some larger items! Woooooooooo. I giggled as I took it to the car and seeing all the lil kids faces.. :D :D :D It cost me $475. And to think I was actually going to order one from lego shop next week.
