Dr. Bloodbrick's Asylum - The Conclusion
Scouty replied to def's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
This was an incredible game for me to play. I had the upmost fun, anxiety, and anger while playing this game. I had tried to avoid mafias for a while now, but I saw the sign up thread, and it looked like a brilliant story, refreshing, and really "professionally" presented. All the pictures and everything was fantastic. My favorite has to be the typed letter, seeing the paper turn redder and redder as each day went without a successful kill. All excellent. First and foremost, I have to thank def for bringing such a great game that is really unique, which is why I voted for everything in the first poll and nothing in the second. It worked so much better in that format. Commends, def, commends ! Second, the wonderfully evil Sinister. You guys are fantastic. We hardly ever buckled and slipped up. We watched each other's backs as we took the hot seat. I knew that photo was going to lead to one of us getting lynched, but LA skillfully weaseled out of that. I also knew that the Bear/King framing would be a great risk for me, but I wouldn't have it any other way because else wise I'd not much to do. It was a great help to have Dragonator on our team, who is certainly expertise in this matter . We all did our part and it got us through . You guys are great Here is my character and role description: Nothing says Merry Christmas like being told you're evil and want to kill everybody And now for some quotes: Hinck. (Which I called you Hinckle this whole time behind the scenes ) I would have to really give you a really hard handshake. You (as well as the other guys too!) played a really fantastic game. But it wasn't meant to be this time, unfortunately. But, wow, you could have really ruined us a couple times. I felt completely and horribly guilty for essentially lying and confusing you when it came to it. It was a really (and I mean really) close game. You were on our heels in the last few game days, and if one of us had died, it would have really exposed the others. I tried to play the game without lying as much as I could. I really took care in my word choice and phrasing so that I wasn't lying, but I wasn't telling the whole truth. When I had to defend myself in the King/Bear affair, I told it just like it happened. Everything I said was true. I just let out the part where I told my fellow Sinisters this . Then again, some times (the few that there were) required absolute folly Still friends ? Thanks for that advice, might've gotten me killed It was conflicting in the beginning to play a mildly autistic person. I mean, that basically entails not talking much to others and not being able to put slippers on properly (thanks yumiyoshi ! ). About mid-way through (or actually when I was about to get convicted [seriously, what was up with that? I talk and suddenly there's a flood of votes for me !]), I decided to throw in some of my character details, like a mental breakdown or something I could only save 24... I only want to save the good name of John Doe. I was seriously ready to input a personality disorder! "No! Mr. Nowhere is the bad one! I'm John Doe! I'm good!" But I loved the acting we all had to do in order to bend things our way and the such way. I think it's the first time in like forever that I used the angry emote to help sell my words. I typically try to avoid the negative emotes (For whatever pacifistic/sissy reason that is ) It's the little details that can make a mafia the oh so much better. Which, I must say again, brings this to be my favorite mafia game I've ever seen. It was so very rich in detail and everything. 'Twas fantastic Soooo sorry I had to lie to you (in the way that I took your trust and drew all over it). It was my fortune that I had decided to go after the PR and the king, because they looked like a good way to get a couple people lynched. Plus, I was voted to be the PR after Rick (with my only vote of support from teammate Rufus ), so we'd want that eventually, and it paid off. We were 6/6 after killing Walter and Rick. Me being the PR pushed it to the conclusion. I was sort of hoping I would get a chance to take on PR duties, see how that was like, but the conclusion is equally welcomed . I was actually ready to give up on Bear and King after nothing was taking. But then, to our fortune, my "distrust" gained your trust. So again, sorry, but it's the work of the devil Sorry Oooh. Was that just on a whim? Ricey (who submitted all of our night actions) didn't specify to us who did the last night's dealings. Sorry Rick At least you got all those pirate prizes. White hands, man, white hands -
This is a lot to take in. I reaaaally have to take my evening nap now, so I'm going to proxy: Ricardo Salvator (Dwaggy). I'll be up from my nap before the day ends, though, so I can change if necessary.

I agree. It seems we've got the killer. I'll wait for confirmation before voting. I don't feel confident in voting for Lupo or Tim Tam yet, because it's a 50/50 chance to get it right, so I'll hold off on that for now.

This is very shocking and so young. My deepest condolences. He was a great friend to all. I remember Skype chatting with him several times, and they were great. He was great. I'm so sad that he's gone now. He'll be remembered. To Dieter.

It's certainly mine, of all the ones I've seen. -
I understand that mentality. We all have that mentality at one point or time in this game...of horrible, insanical life. (Yes, I just made up a word ) What to go on. It seems like the other consensus (Besides me), is Misty. And I share the same assumptions. Vote: Misty Monroe (badboytje88) You seemed most overjoyed because of my [close] death...
-
Sure.

And convenient for you to frame me like this. I didn't "conveniently" use anything. Dr. Rajim brought the photo and it clearly shows a yellow hand. A yellow hand is a bloody yellow hand. The characters might be blacked out, but that doesn't mean their physical properties change, too. And what do you mean eagerly? I didn't release this info as soon as I got it, I released it when Jesus said he himself had some info. I thought I would be helping. Would it have been any different had Petey gave the info or if Dudley, the other person Petey talked to given the information? No, we'd end up with two dead insanes anyway. It's information, we give it. I totally regret telling Jesus this. He clearly can't be trusted with anything. He'll make you a friend and suddenly flip and stab you in the back. What would it matter if I was Sinister or Insane? I'd still have given the information. Anybody would have. Seen this thrashing about before? Was it Mr. Ted Thompkins yesterday? Yes it was. How did he turn out? Innocent. You're Jesus group is only hurting us. You pick your next target and all you say is: "My disciples, vote this man out". You've turned this into a game. Paranoid, you don't give anybody a chance. You'll say nice, but then kill in the night. We're supposed to work together, not separate in these stupid cliques. This has become such a muddled mess. You've made Dr. Blutziegel lose his pants! If anybody would like to help me, talk with me in the corner, I'm purposely being singled out. You will all be victimized sooner or later. No matter who you are. Sinister, insane, independent. You. Will. Die. This is beyond fair.
-
I imagine it's because I wasn't in your exclusive Jesus group. You wanted info spread out across the table for everybody to see, before. You took care of that when I gave you the King/Bear info. So that's what I'm doing, being public. Now, you're hiding it all in the bathroom with your disciples. So where does that leave me? Oh, not talking to you. But I've talked these past couple days, yes I have. You began several theories of what I did. As soon as you said that, what can I say to you privately? I publicly gave my case, countless times. Because, you know, this should be shared to everybody and not privately. I wrote it down, even. Here, here, here, here, and here. On day four, you said we were still friends. No response from anything I said yesterday. So I can only assume I'm being ignored and talked about behind curtains. I have nobody to turn to. Nowhere to go. I'm in this corner, so sorry if I'm being quite brash. I'm only trying to clear the good name of John Doe. For those 24 people in the wreckage, amongst flame and shrapnel...
-
I don't have any info because I was being ignored Seriously. I'm hearing accusations on me and I'm trying to explain myself and it's been pretty much deadpan. We had some trust but that seems to have dissipated some time ago.

I can't stop laughing . And interesting interlude. I like interludes. Have more ! -
BECAUSE I'M BEING IGNORED . What's the point of talking if I'm talking to just myself? What more help can I bring if nobody speaks to me? Nowhere. And now you're of a group which excludes members? Boy, ha, what a way to make our situation worse... Unfortunately, a tidal wave is a tidal wave. Henry, are you there? I saved lives, but I can't save everybody... Why can't I put these slippers on!?! My head is spinning . Meds!

All I was trying to do was help, you see? It's a mystery of knowing and taking chances. I seek for that; we all do. And we make mistakes, but we learn from them what we can and proceed. No doubt the Sinister are making it harder for us. I'm sorta disappointed. I've made my case several times, but it's largely been ignored (especially yesterday, which is why I bothered to post little). Have I become such a social pariah here? How could you vote for somebody you don't even respond to? I wouldn't mind dying if it weren't for shallow votes such as this *Sigh*, there's actually some faint red in my face . Logic is the way, and Dr. Blutziegel is being illogical with his lack of pants . Poor Blutziegel I'm sort of at a loss here on what to do. Everybody seems to be talking in the bathrooms and such.
-
The reason why we stopped is because the arm is (possibly) blacked out, meaning that it is totally useless. It's too confusing of a thing to take it seriously now, I think. Also, I have white hands, so it's definitely not me in that photo
-
That's it, I'm removing any faith in the photo. I'm beginning to agree that it's just being a red herring. I can't vote for anyone based on it . Unvote: Tim Tam (Lord Arjay) And in turn: Vote: Ted Thompkins (Whitefang) I can't trust somebody who is indestrucible, except for his Achilles heel Too quiet and possibly slipping only partial truths. Well, I asked for his opinion because I wasn't too sure of it myself. Had he not given them out loud, I would have liked to discuss it a little more with him and, if we agreed that it could be true, I would have said it myself to everybody. I was ready to do that, but only after I got an opinion on it. The Bear had some beef with me, so I didn't want to go in so brash without support. I wanted to make clear my intentions
-
Unfortunately, there's no way I can disprove this. I could talk and talk and you could hardly believe me . I've slept soundly (ok, maybe not soundly, we all get nightmares) every night on my bed. I knew the risk if things turned out wrong, and they unfortunately did. But I, like everybody else, was curious to see if this information was correct. Right now, my suspicion falls toward Tim Tam and Professor Diem, due to that photograph. The consensus seems to be blue, so I Vote: TimTam (Lord Arjay). It's not final, but I'll see where this goes.
-
Was there ever evidence that I'm Sinister? Petey has had an unfortunate run. I don't know why that is. It's probably some cruel, sick joke, torturing our already feeble minds, casting us towards insanity! (You know, further towards insanity). I see where you're coming from, but we've just had bad luck, being amongst the Sinister and whatever special characteristics people have.

Oh, please do . Dr. Blutziegel is the best character I've seen in an EB Mafia. -

Actually, it's Santa Clause staring into our souls. But they're both not quite staring straight into our souls. Jesus, however, is staring straight into our souls. -

This is a fantastic puzzle. I've gotten very close, but bazinga . Fantastic job, guys ! -
Uh, oh . Shhhhhhhhhhh, Dr. Blutziegel has very good hearing. I blame the guy upstairs again. SInce it was from the start, it seems like he was given a new pair of clothes from day 1. Now, if he got new clothes in the middle of nowhere A big dead walrus being dragged through the halls can't be good for many of our pants .

Well, my hands are white as a ghost , so it makes me think that the lighting (particularly creating a silhouette) is playing a big, confusing factor here. It'd have to be a blue or black arm. That'd be me (the only one with dark blue arm, but I've got white hands), the Space Twins, Petey (Who's our investigator), and Professor Diem, who has been wearing a black suit these days (changed from his mugshot? ) I'm also thinking of other colours (like red or green), that can look dark in these lighting conditions, but the arm in the picture doesn't quite hint at that.
-
I know, but it's a habit of mine for things to be correct .
