  1. They really put alot of detail in this, but are they going to fix Harry's mouth problem?
  2. I'll have to look around for this movie, though that stuck-legs problem happens to me alot too... The orange-haired guy's accent doesn't seem to match his look.
  3. The site for the game: www.magicisbuilding.com
  4. Isn't it just an old video someone posted earlier, except with some intro in a language I don't know? I wonder what items could be in the creator... My ideas Switches: lever, button, something you have to cast a spell on, and any of those other things, like the mandrake or smart access. Adventure(probably not going to be called this): floating platform, ladder, broom Special: probably the same, maybe some new stuff Props: probably just most of the stuff you can find, like crates and couches Fun: lights, spinning things, random stuff Hazards: mandrakes, fire, two fire(two fire is twice as much fire as fire, duh.), living _____-s that attack you Creatures: any horse-like creatures(unicorns, Buckbeak, Thestrals, and Centaurs), rats, owls, spiders, and cats. New video on the site. Clever idea for Polyjuice potion as changing characters, now you never have to find them(but you do need to find the cauldrons). Year 3 video should be coming out sometime soon, we have a gameplay video and it's about the right time. I can't visualize a Sirius and Lupin in a Lego game, even when there are the minifigs. The Womping Willow looks just like the movie(except for Ron, he should be being dragged into it...) (also, I didn't mean anything by that previous post, I was just thinking of the actual characters in that situation, not you or me)
  5. No, I mean compared to previous Lego games, Harry Potter doesn't have much. I'm seeing alot of images that have doors, boxes or other stuff that could easily be made with lego to give it a better feel. (also, the level in LIJ had alot more Lego than you said, it had statues, warriors, platforms, a plane, crates, spiderwebs, and even giant spiders.) (also noticed it's Indiana Jones and The Riddler talking about Harry Potter...)
  6. Isn't this ideas for new Adventurers sets, not Indiana Jones sets? I like the Stonehenge idea, but they should bring back the useful parts, like the windsheild. If they do have more, I want to have one last big temple, something like the big jungle one. If Adventurers doesn't return, I'd at least like to see a return of 2+ function traps.
  7. It does, but still... it needs more Lego.(just like the Dursley's image, the only Lego was a murderous killing maniac Harry, holding a suspicious(non-Lego) letter)
  8. Some new images: http://www.gamespot.com/wii/adventure/lego...ges;header;more Can't put it here for some reason, but the sixth one is amazing, I can make out the trio, two yellow and blue crates, and the House point counter(what's it called again?) Harry's smile in the second one is... creepy, he looks insane(along with the him-holding-a-broom image) and it just doesn't seem too Lego-ey. I like how much detail they put in, even if it is just a couple of guys walking around. Quirell looks weird also, so I think this is the creepiest/weirdest set of images to be released for a lego game so far.
  9. All of my relatives that know me know about it, my freind does, some kids and teachers also... I'm not open that much, but I do talk of it sometimes.
  10. Is there a painless way for a normal minifig to get in?
  11. I'm sure this isn't a knock-off, I saw it before in a Brickjournal. The theme just seems odd... most of the _____-tron sets are space. Maybe it was suposed to be like Rock Raiders, a normal action theme, but on another planet. I wish they kept the fish-man/frenzy-ancestor/alien design, it would be interesting to have(new legs-check, new arms-check, new head-check, new torso-pretty sure there aren't any)Lego probably didn't make it because of design/money/time problems.
  12. Not really any exciting news, but there are two things i'd like to comment on: http://www.gamespot.com/news/6252443.html 1.what is it with splitscreen excitement? they've done it before in LIJ2, maybe it's because it's a different company? 2.it says it'll be out at the end of May, but they were probably talking about the game for the new systems. I hope it's released for the Wii on or before May 2nd 2010.
  13. ...some relative/friend/relatives freind/freinds relative gives you at least 2 garbage bags full of old lego ...you can find lego in any room in your house(or any other place you put your stuff in) ...you have created at least 3 minifig versions of people, adding new parts each time ...know what to do with a megablok when you see it in the dirt(if you don't know: ) p.s. FART can mean Falling Apart Really Terribly, which describes my (real and living)freind's sets/MOCs(I don't think he tries to push the peices together )
  14. Let's see...Indiana jones did 4 movies: -Raiders -Temple of doom -Last Crusade -Crystal skull Adventurers did 3 lines: -Egypt -Jungle -Orient Expedition -new line coming in 200X about aliens, tree killing foreign machines, and Johnny's son, Randomname Typeofweather If they do make more, they'll probably be very updated, some things i want are: -new prints -the old style windscreen -maybe a new villian, but I'd like to keep Vivillano and Sam Sinister/Baron-something/Slyboot -a waterfall set, with hidden cave in back -other animals(lions/tigers, maybe printed elephants) -oh, and bring back something similar to the orient expediton sets, with a game. I've never tried mixing Adventurers with cheese...it could lead to some interesting sets
  15. I didn't really say I liked the hair, it's just that I think it looks more like the movies(I did read some of the books, but only up to somewhere in OotP and I don't remember anything from them because it's been so long)(and since this is the Harry Potter discussion, we obviously aren't supposed to talk about him at all :tounge: ). I do not like the invisibility cloak at all, it looks like a tissue(unless they add some thing to attach it to the minifigure, then my opinion might change). Hopefully they won't have any sets like the OotP castle, giving us objects/places/people without an object/person to go with it, but there is the Slytherin-less Slytherin common room... are there any images of non-nervous Hagrid? I don't want to go looking through thousands of pages to try to find it. Harry looks pretty much the same, but in most of the pictures I've seen, his mouth is right under his glasses, where on a human his nose would be. The only other thing that bothers me, is that most characters look too wrinkly(Snape, Mr. Weasley...). Wish they had ghosts, Nearly-headless Nick or Moaning Myrtle at least.
  16. I think they should really change Harry's hair, it is messy in the first 2 or 3, but you can see it gets neater. Maybe the halfway messy/combed would work, I did it on mine and I think it looks better. What's up with Flitwick's moustache?!
  17. I don't think it was really a ghost, but one time my dad left the radio on, and it randomly said "OH MY GOD, GET OUT!." in the middle of the music. it was probably some ad or prank, he was playing through the speakers from his laptop.
  18. Now the only ghost(that can be seen in the first 5 movies) you need is moaning Myrtle. Wasn't there another ghost that was in the lego sets but never made an appearance in the film? Excellent job.
  19. Interesting how in the video Harry ran over a pawn on a giant white* rook, that's probably how you play chess, smashing black* peices. But the character creator was getting messier and messier each time, batman didn't even have flesh hands, only tan, and how could LIJ2 have KOTCS without the actual skull as an option? Also in the Hagrid/Knockturn Alley shop image there are skeletons lying around, mostly on the left. Hogwarts is alot more crazy than in the movies, merperson-statue-trident-bowling, rocking platform, and even couches that eat people(seen 2 times, actually) *I can understand a few things that are crazy, like in LIJ2 they added in all those bosses that never appeared, but it seems that either they: A)forgot, B)got it mixed up, C)were lazy, D)made them black to look evil or E)did it to somehow change the playing experience(I have no idea how it could affect it except changing who goes first) I didn't really use them in LSW**, but maybe they could put in 2-player challenges, like chess or _____-ing with spells **because I only had one controller
  20. Probably not, they would be too stupid to even know what it is, but if you want it in previous lego games, all you have to do is this: play single player and wait for the computer freind to die 1,000 times so you have to do it for them while they go backwards in the level using the other character finally making you have to repeat it over and over.
  21. Has anyone thought of what the golden button is to magically make the spell wheel appear? I have a Wii, so I'm geussing you press Z to bring it up, A to choose it, and hold B to aim, and repeat to find a new spell. One thing I've really been wanting is a better character creator, in previous games it was too limited and didn't include all the minifig parts. If they do make it advanced, they should put in one more option: special abilities. In all the lego games so far it was always a male who has doublejump, but it should have more options like female(high jump), short legs, and maybe the things like Hermione's smartness access(don't know how this will work) or Hagrid's strength. But what's that plunger-o-tron-onater 3000 in the video supposed to do? I am glad to see there isn't any overly complicated use of animals, TT just treats them as normal playable characters. To finish this off, I hope they make a cave maker in the level builder, all you could do in LIJ2 was make hills/cliffs.
  22. I normally enjoy series, including: Harry Potter Back to the Future Indiana Jones and Star Wars
  23. Well, for me it ended, my TV hasn't been working since sometime before halloween. Though I'm sure that because there are so many types of attacks, there will probably be an attack wheel, similar to the spell wheel in lego HP.
  24. Interesting, but how did the walker get up there?
