Nice MOC. I like how you've differentiated the newbie. My Aurebesh is a little rusty, so it took me a couple minutes, but here it is: Edit:I didn't add another line I forgot... noo.....

LEGO Star Wars 2012 Pictures and Rumors
The Legonater replied to XimenaPaulina's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Yeah, but they weren't sure if either of those would sell well. The TIE Defender was an EU set. The N-1 was mediocre with some pretty lousy featrues. So they bumped up the price, hoping they'd get more money from the few who would buy it. -

Personally, I'm thinking somewhere between $24.99 to $34.99. My thinking is TLG knows there's a large group of people who will love the details and figs of this set, so they don't really need to puhs it that high. -

I'm guessing that's the two sets he can't talk about. Of course, you could always hint, right? Cold? Hot? UCS Lando? -

Are you saying flick fire headlights aren't logical? So this is all the 2012 stuff seen at ComicCon, right? -
Nice. To bad I can't afford this or a Blu-Ray. I might have to manuever a friend or two into getting this so I can watch it... But as the Doc said, not all are new. I certainly recognise the sandstorm scenes. There's a few Ep.3 scenes that were never included on the DVD- I wonder if those will make it.

I'd love to get a grey TIE- especially as I don't have a normal fighter yet- but that looks big, and thus expensive. Here's to hoping for a Theed plaset with Amidala. -

Dengar? That's unexpected. I hope they don't give him as bad a treatment as they did the former two hunters. -
Looking at this review, I see a few obvious ways to MOD it and make it much better. I might have to get this set to make those modifications, and have a fairly decent base. And oddly, I want that new Leia the most

Well that's not really fair, having it so close to Toronto. The LEGO Stores should be more branched out, at least untill we get a decent number.

I'm pretty sure Lucas ahs no real control over EU. Even if he does, we've seen plenty of female Mandos. -
Exactly- and they've done that. Though frankly I agree, there's very few PT sets that'd work in UCS, and the Venator and Invisible Hand are two of them. Neither of them seem good chocies right now- but maybe in a few years when Ep. 3 is released in 3D.

I used to avoid redstone completely, but lately I've been doing a litttle experimenting.

Meh, Geroge won't go for it. If anything he'll hire the director for his live-action series. That's the closest he's going to get to his dreamed Boba Fett movie.

Wow. That's amasing. I realy don't have the skill (or patiance) to do a good MOCing job, and when I see stuff like this I'm just awestruck. You're got yourself an amasing AT-ST Doc, the bets I've ever seen. I don't know how you managed to sit through the agonising hours of getting things like that to stand properly- I have trouble with even a tiny AT-RT MOC - but hey, you're the doc, Doc. Amasing job, yet again.

Nice game def. I loosely followed it, and it seemed fun. Good luck with Bloodbricks II. -
Nice. It makes me wish LEGO does a Midi Acclamator.
-
That's an amasing diorama guys! Everything looks amasingly great and accurate! Nice work yet again.
-
I have to agree with def. What little I've seen of it is a terrible system that hasn't been taken proper care of by LEGO. Looks more like a cheap fan-game than one put out by the makers.

Personally, the whole 'Anakin's birth' is one of those things I've just tried to keep a distance from, and maintain what little knowaldge about it I have. James Luceno is a great writer though, so I might pick this one up. Nah, it's the dress in the Temple of Doom set

See- if tCW had good writers, than the political episodes could be highly intresting. Senate Murders had the oppurtunity to be a thrilling CSI-type episode. Instead, it became a highly predictable slug-fest. I've said it once and I'll say it again- writing is tCW main flaw.
