So it is something like a tabletop RPG. Again, thank goodness for all those weeks reading Darths and Droids. I'll have to post my charecter next week when I get back from my trip though. Until then, you've done a smashing job as usual Sandy.

The wings on the first look good, but the other two are just too rounded to accuratly represent the X1, IMO. Do you know how the maker of the first one achieved the slant? All the hinge combos I tried had too big of a gap.

I tottally agree with you, actually. The thing is, all of the MINI X1 MOCs I've seen don't capture the shape of the wings very well. Also, the back was very last second as I compeltely forgot about the change of shape . If you have any ideas for the wings, by all means- shoot. They're the only thing I haven't been able to officially finish

Updated. I would have taken an actually picture, but I'm having difficulties finding some of the aprts, and I'm leaving for the week on Saturday, so I decided it would be best to do up an aproximation on LDD.

I know. Next update I'm taking it down Unless people want one image from each. I could shrink them all and do that.

I don't get what's so horrible about the 97 content. Or the 04 content for that matter- minus the horrid job Mourisson did as Boba Fett.

Well, Filoni said he didn't want to touch Han's story, so we won't be seeing him at all. Personally, they did a good job of Gervious in Lair of Gerivous. They didn't outright say the shuttle crash story was false, they jsut added a possible element to it.

Just wondering- can we expect a restock of old items with these new ones? Both or BrickRepublic's restocks for the minigun sold out before I could get my hands on them.

The TIE probably took asround 3 or 4 days, depending on when I started. The X-Wing- not including the pesky little modifications- was built literrally overnight. The Y-Wing took another 3-4 days.

According to fallenangel's measurements, the Y-Wing is perfectly to scale with the TIE and X-Wing, give or take a stud.

Updated. Whoever says Y-Wings are easy to make clearly hasn't tried. This craft is very underestimated. The head alone took me 5 different designs to look good, never mind the engines. If you're an early MOCer and want to stretch your skills, give yourself a specific scale, and make a Y-Wing in the scale.

Why should it be? If this is indeed a set it makes sence to have the Zombie in there.

Well, they did that with the X-Pods all those years ago. And the first Tini Turbos could use their case as a garage, so it's not something new to TLG.

I'm hoping this is the last update for the first two ships. I managed to find some flex tubing, so I've used that, and shortened the X-Wing wings.

Actually I meant the Droid Escape and Geonosian Cannon.

May I ask how you know this?

I think it's just because it's an odd design. A lot of wings are usually angled the other way, so people automatically assume the X-Wing is too.

Yeah, the nose looks better in person. Updated with fixed wings, and a picture of the X-Wing in flight(?) mode.

It sounds vaguelly like a table-top RPG. Thank goodness for all those months of reading Darths and Droids However you do it, it sounds amasing, and I really hope to be a part of it.

Because LEGO doesn't drastically change their format when things are working so well. Because they tend not to indroduce radical new features- especially so soon after the last. Because LEGO isn't so unoriginal in their names. Because it's just not the way they do things.

I realise that, but these rumors are just so unrealistic that I can't even begin to belive them untill we have firm proof.
