Very good Lord Beckett! I especially like the first one. It has a real LEGO set feel. This is how the outpostes should look if LEGO rereleases pirates again. Great! The second is also nice, although the colour scheme doesn't really appeal to me with the blue coats. Perhaps more something you'd give to pirates. But it's certainly nice! Mr Tiber

Well, my little test ship did work, but not till I put the masts on it. After a little moment the ship capsized... I guess the keel wasn't heavy enough. Next time I'll use weights. I've seen how the do it in LEGOland. Anything I need is a 95% complete ship which I don't want to risk and some weights. Answer: The HMS Unclaimable! Although one essential ingredient is missing: A pool :-P . Mr Tiber

Just took another look at the pictures. It really is superb!! I love how you've done the headrails. They really look good! Could you give some more details about the construction of them? Things like these encourage me to build the Acheron on a brick built hull. And than my amount of bricks discourages me again :'-( With the prefab hulls I only came as close as this: Yours is really superior to it... Too bad about the high price though. Mr Tiber

Looking good! Although that mizzen sail seems a little small compared to the length of the masts. If you don't know how the sails are called, this website might come handy. I think it goes for most of the ships.. Mr Tiber
