Thanks for the pictures of the stern Cap'n Rick! I think I will be able to use that technique.. Very clever... Mr Tiber

Geezzz, it was about time someone opened that friggin' door!! >:-( Didn't you hear me knockin'?!?! Where's the kitchen? I'm hungry, do you have tacos?? I love tacos!! *sniffs* I smell fish... You aren't eating fish are you?! Every fish deserves to be free!!!! *sing* What are you guys staring at? *slosh* What was that? 8-|

For some reason I always thought your birthday was on the 16th... Oh well. A cousin of mine is also having her birthday today. Happy Birthday Bonaparte!!! Enjoy the day, from wich you thought it wasn't your birthday! :-D Unexpected on! Mr Tiber

Ship's Figurehead contest - Discussion thread
El Bucanero replied to El Bucanero's topic in LEGO Pirates
Well, this contest was INSPIRED by your IDEA. A contest with the aim to build ONLY Unicorn figureheads wouldn't work that well I think... But something tells me there will be someone who'll build a Unicorn figurehead ;-) . Mr Tiber -
The mastermind behind the Vase has joined us! (and he also is appropiatly named :-D ) Welcome to EB Jos! It's always nice when the creators of great MOCs like this join us. Just be yourself ;-) Plate built, interesting! It really makes the ship streamlined. Must have taken you a lot of plates! 8-o So why exactly did you chose to build this ship not at minifig scale (please correct me if I'm wrong)?
-
That face looks rather evil >:-) I have to have him! The set he appears in also looks quite good.. can someone tell me if it's a worth-to-buy set? Now THAT'S a great slogan! :-D
-
Immpressive crew Mr Phred! Yes it really does! I always feel the same after coming back from holidays. X-D Great, keep us op to date! Mr Tiber
-
I like how it looks! But I must be honest, I think the old version looks sliightly better.. I think there's a tad to bit black on the new version. But it still looks very good Mr Errorist! You should build it the way YOU think it looks best. Mr Tiber
-
That's very amazing. Especially the forecastly, it's brilliant! Just look at all those details, it's great! It's a shame it's not minifig scale, but beautiful nonetheless. It's not the same though, look at this picture ;-) :-D

Perhaps you the image has a wrong extension? .JPG and .PNG work.. Mr Tiber
-
I just gotta love that cannon... The curved wall also works very well. I love it oo7! Great work. Mr Tiber
-
Looking good SirScott! It's good you're back. You are staying this time huh? :-P Your MOC, it's very good. The LEGO set feel is all over it. Especially that opening wall at the back is LEGO set like. The cannon at the tower seems a bit unconveniently placed, but who cares! :-D Yes, very nice.. Mr Tiber

If I'd only knew what a captain's cabin looks like on this kind of ship...
-
Hi and welcome to EB Paul! Enjoy your stay.
-
Nice and colourful! I like the treasure room underneath the cabin. And I also like the fact you can take the cabin of the ship. I agree with Mr Bonaparte, the ship could look better if it were a little longer. But I wonder, what pieces did you use for the barrel of the gun at the bow? It looks like a black palm tree part, but I didn't know those existed.. Have you painted it? Mr Tiber

Castle 2007... Really a big step into the right direction. The good side is really better than knights kingdom 2. The shooting devices like the catapult and the crossbow attack thingy are way better and they took the classic swords and helmets! *wub* Although I would have preferred a human vs. human line, the skellies are not that bad. The only thing I don't like about them are the arms and the heads. I loved that old skellie face! But I still think there's room to improve. Just look at this set: I really think that stockade could be better... It still misses that classic feel. Things I'd like to see? Sets like these!: Minfig packs, I'd really love those. Mr Tiber
-
Hi and welcome Ryan!! I see you've made some Harry Potter and history MOCs. They are very nice! Enjoy your stay! History on, Mr Tiber
-
Thanks for those pictures Mr Brickster! Perhaps I'll buy this set. I really love the scene you made, especially the part where Stillman's fishing. And that dock, isn't that a Spiderman set? If it is, you made great use of it! I believe it is brickshelf (and Maj.com) wich aren't working!! :-D They were down for me yesterday and this morning. They are up again now. Mr Tiber
-
*sad* When I read that 4 years ago I was also excited.. guess what, 4 years later there are still no new pirate sets.. So yeah, you could call it false hope.. Closed (what the heck, I can't close anymore!?) Mr Tiber

Aahh I see... I thought you were just reffering to this pipe: My mistake :-$ Mr Tiber

Ship's Figurehead contest - Discussion thread
El Bucanero replied to El Bucanero's topic in LEGO Pirates
They're called headrails, and yes, they are allowed. :) You're also allowed to put your figurehead on a ship to see how it looks. Mr Tiber -
Mysteries, and ships, a great combination! You can count me in Mr Brickster!
