Headrails are the face of a ship, or a part of it, the other part is the stern...But you said you found a way to make them, please share it with us, it could be useful, the building of the Acheron is going smoothly, except that I can only finish one half, but I also need headrails and your idea might be useful.

They bley is no problem to me, it looks realistic, the MOC is very nice, you did a fine jub Rupi.
-
How do you know that they still have the molds for the bow and stern section? I am almost sure that they won't use the 4+ pieces, they may use old molds, but maybe they will just use the pieces from the Imperial Trading Post cutter :-(

Okay, I do have a request, The HMS Surprise/Rose, Enough pictures can be found on this site, minifig scale, and same colour scheme please. I leave the choice of a Brick built hull or standard hull to you, but I prefer the brick built hull. Please use as much as details as possible, what I would really appreciate is if you find a way to create proper looking headrails By the way, you can find my email adress here. According to some of your previous ships, I have all trust in the you Admiral, If you accept it, I wish you good luck!

His inspiration was my ship, so he sent me a PM, we are both Dutch, what makes it more easy for us(perhaps you've noticed some gaps in my English) and when he came back from vacation, he sent me some PMs, and after that I havn't heard of him again...

I don't know anything about a big CC out of LEGO, but I do know that there is a big BSB made out of lego in the Danish Park.

Where are you going to get (or did you get) your Black Seas Barracudas from? And if you've got them have you done anything with them yet? He already get, he bought them in LEGOland Billund, apparently, there are still some there after my plundering *pirate*

Maybe it is the man in front of the soldiers.

I mean, I like the Denise, what sais, that I don't only prefer smaller ships like the SES, now I am confused *wacko* :-D
-
It is just this ship in particular, is the VOC Ship Denise a small ship like SES to you? :-P
-
I say Aye! I never mentioned there were more pictures of this ship but she looks a bit too big to me...
-
That helmet looks just like a real chrome LEGO helmet. Why are you limited to white?
-
If you click here, you'll get shocked too! or better: again not 5 times bigger then it has to be *pirate*

In one of Richie Dulin(or legeaux) you mentioned something about that your mast was to short, now my questions are: 1. is this ship still standing 2. (To answer this, the answer on the previous question has to be yes) Have you take care of the short mast and lenghten it?
-
Why is there a Eldorado Fortress fan site but not a Black Seas Barracuda fan site! That ship deserves a fan site!!
-
I've been in LEGOland Billund once, and what surprises me is that nobody mentioned something about the very big LEGO Black Seas Barracude in the cave, it is a real beauty, sadly I couldn't take a picture, it was too dark for my camera :-(
-
Yes the colour scheme is terrible indeed X-D but imagine if it wasn't, the design is pretty good...I might be wrong but it looks longer than the Imperial Trading Post cutter.

What makes you think they wouldn't use a +4 hull on un-licenced pirates? Mmmm I don't know, maybe they would use the old hull what they also used on the viking ship, they did not threw that mold away, maybe they still have stern and bow section molds. To The LEGO company: if they have, than they should start using them, molds are expensive, then use them!!

Is it okay to have Pirates intersect with Castle?
El Bucanero replied to Cyclonis's topic in LEGO Pirates
Answer: yes, if it comes to the buildings: castles work well as forts, and some sets with the tudor style wall may be useful for Inns. But if you want to have the minifigs with pirates, it would be no, someone earlier mentioned that you can't let a sword fighting knight fight a musket wielding Imperial gaurd!(unless you want to) But from the other side, there were pirates in the castle era, offcourse not with muskets, cutlasses and cannons, but with a broadsword or a bow. However, using a pirate minifig wouldn't work very wel, to futuristic, wolfpack guys on a ship would surely do the job. Back to the buildings, I made a house for my pirate, but if you kick out the pirate en throw some knights stuff in, It could be used for the castle theme. With some adjustments, they could intersect very well Mr Tiber -
Why do you need a classic pirate forum if there's THIS forum? I like this one, better than most, I think. Even if there was a classic pirate forum, I would stay with this one.

Damn close to Legoland Germany ;-) KimT Oah. That's quite far

I voted for: It's merely a small fort. Serious, the Eldorado fortress is more like a large outpost then a be all and end all Imperial gaurd fortress, It is just not immpressive enough, big enough and heavily armed for ''the big fort'' In this thread, Berry Syedow mentioned a smart idea for TLC They did that with racing cars, so why can't they do it with fortresses sais I *pirate*
