  1. One of the best looking and performing trial truck I´ve sees. Great job on both the build and the video :)
  2. I agree with OP. My crane was also a very smooth build.
  3. Great truck! I hope to learn how to use my NXT set in trucks one day.
  4. Someone posted their service pack content and instructions on BS: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=446902
  5. Super creative. I love it!
  6. I´m wondering if the dual linear actuators on the mail boom are just underpowered..? I experienced the same slow moving lifting of the arm as everybody mentions, but I do not think any parts are damaged. I´ve now built the B-model and it works perfect. So I mean there can´t be any damage to the parts. The B-model is a great model btw. It drives really fast and the scoop moves really nicely, as it looks pretty good imo. I must thank The LEGO group for the professionalism in the handeling in this issue. Great work!
  7. I´m loving the moose. Super creative!
  8. Looks so cool. Loving the fuel tank and seats.
  9. I got an email back from LEGO direct today with 3 options to solve the issue. One is the service pack. It will be ready in 3-6 weeks it said.
  10. Johanby, you are wrong. Blackbird is right. For in depth knowledge read this article: http://www.sportrider.com/tech/146_9510_tech/index.html
  11. Congratulations with an awesome MOC. One of my favorite vehicles of all time :)
  12. Fantastic, absolutely fantastic! As a fan of both Lego and Aphex Twin this model and video is spot on for me. You are one skilled builder! Thanks for sharing :)
  13. Holy sweet MOC! Thats one of the coolest in a long time. Why cant TLG come up with models this cool and functional? Awesome work mate!
  14. Stunning MOC! We need more info on the cylinders :)
  15. Great truck! The maneuverability and it´s climbing abilities are spectacular. How do you control it? Another NXT?
  16. This one is a winner imo. Totally amazing!
  17. I bought 14 sets last year and there was one small part missing in one of them. Can´t remember what part it was. Bush or pin I think. No biggie.
  18. Great MOC you built! I´m a bike maniac and love all kind of bikes, so I find this MOC especially interesting. The brake and wheels are ingenious.
  19. Thanks. There are rear suspension. Two of the old gray soft ones, so it´s quite active. Especially with the bed on. More weight.
  20. This MOC is beyond Wowable! Spechless after studying the flicker pics.
  21. Two quick pics of my modified 8090 truck. No success with PFing it yet.
  22. Yes indeed. Thanks for the link to the 8090 review. Great stuff! Eric mentions that when the suspension on the truck is compressed it might cause the drive axle to separate from the u-joint. This can easily be fixed by sliding the 8 tooth cog about two mill forward. Then the axle and the 8 tooth cog slides freely when the suspension compresses. I´ve heavily modified the 8090 truck tonight, and will try to add PF´s to it tomorrow. Will upload a pic if I succeed. The red model it the left of the pic is a modified 8030 with 4 wheel steering and suspension on all wheels, that I built when I was ten. Need to order a bunch of the new connector pins to replace the old type in these sets. They are a pain to build with compared.
  23. Just wanted to say hi to all the AFOLs in this great forum. I just got back to building after a 20yrs break. Loving it more than ever. Wish I got back earlier, but never to late I guess :) Bought a few of the new studless sets. Actually more than a few.. haha. I´m really loving the PF parts. Always dream´t about RCing my sets when I was a kid. The studless building still takes some getting used to, but just gotta build some more to get the hang of it. Have rebuildt some of my oldskool sets, and this really brings me back. Good times! Gotta do some parts washing though. Some are seriously dusty. Rebuildt the truck from 8090 last night, and snapped a quick pic after some play. Happy building all.
  24. Hi everyone! I´m Sverre and wanted to introduce myself to Eurobricks. I´ve been lurking it this forum for some months now and I find it a great place to hang out. So many skilled builders out there amongst you :) Being in the catalogue ages for 20yrs and started to build again last fall. So stoked to get going again! Can´t believe why I haven´t done it sooner actually. My main interest is Technic, but I love all kinds of Lego. Really diggin´the Power Functions line and look forward to experiment more with those parts. Happy building all !
  25. Looks really great! Wish I had your skills. I like the super low ride height, and the engine look impressive as well.
