Good job guys, It makes me want to go out and get the RC trains, the only thing that is keeping me of is that they use so many batteries. Building the modelsfrom the Hobby train box in different colors is also fun to do.

Brand new, but I got some inside info from a toy chain these were the lst two available in Belgium.

Nice layout, why are you no longer using the monorail? Did you sell it ? I too use 9v and 12v together. Both systems have advantages and disadvantages. rails can still be bought cheaply for both systems. Buts 12v motors and stop signals can b very expensive. I just got trainset 4511 for €39,98 and 4512 for €79,98 these are the last two 9v trainsets and can be found cheaply if you look good enough

Custom Wild West Fig: Gold Miner
highlandcattle replied to Hinckley's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
I would use the new crownies version of the helmet instead of the dark grey one. In old pictures those helmets are often shiny -
The entire boiler and cabin are only connected with the technic pin on the motor and one of the round parts on the engine. This way it can easly turn in corners.

Amazing! ( I do think you have more bricks then me ). The whole thing is just amazing.I'll give you comments on monday.
-
It will work right now! (I accidently deleted it) Yes they are just regular round bricks (for example the wheels of the mine defender) Thanks for the nice comments (actually the entire cabin is built upside down including the wheels (this could not work with 9v wheels ). The roof is attached with half technic pins in the arches

What is the weirdest place you build lego?
highlandcattle replied to THE-FORCE's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I rarely build a set outside my house. (but I do build on the crapper) What I will do is when I'm at a bar or dinner with my gf. I will look at the box and rattle it all the time. Man I got some weird looks in Koln. Where I was sitting in this grandpa place with my 10183. Rattling the box and drinking Kolsch at the same time. -
It goes togehter well with your son's all male disco . Just kidding. I wanted to use the colour once. And I find pink charming

Awesome! I would love to see you try another type of locomotive :)

Thank you all for the kind comments. I don't understand why the folder isn't public yet. I posted it two days ago.

This is nice! I alwyas wantd one of those mad scientist guys. I just love how he looks! They should have at least included one girl with the old hair:). I also love the classic fireman and prisoner.

Awesome! And found it:)

I just ordered 8 of these off BL. At 0.35 a pop they are probably some of the cheapest roofs I have ever made. I remember another MOC that used this technique. Here is the other MOC who used that roof form sir dillon http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?...mp;#entry302702

Log Pieces vs. Regular Bricks
highlandcattle replied to WesternOutlaw's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
I absolutely love em. When I just became an afol. I bought about 400 of them of BL. i love to use them in my houses and wagons and stuff. Those are some of my own work. -
I built this little steamer yesterday. It was an impluse built. (I was actually going to work on an interior for a house). But I ave to say this is the best work I've ever done. the pictures really don't do it any justice. It is probably also the most SNOT I have ever done. Suprisingly The locomotive works very well. In this movie You can see it pull two off my very heavy and long coaches. http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/highland...es/pict0706.mov Check my brickshelf for more pictures wwhen moderated: Clickie!

Lego Agents Mission 2 Review
highlandcattle replied to PSPguy's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
I'm sorry lad, but please try to find the light switch in your room and maybe you should also prepare the text a little bit. I only saw the first couple of seconds but you sure are wasting peoples bandwith. Better luck next time! -
Very cute! I like the design a lot!

LEGO AGENTS - Mission 1: Jetpack Pursuit
highlandcattle replied to Oky's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
I think it is horrible and hideous, but I'll buy one for the cool parts. It is a bit sad that the A on the uniform looks a bit to much like the A from actionman. Sadly the new arm piece does not hold minifig hands. Otherwise that would have been one badass Knights arm. Thank you for the review, Oky -
Very Nice! It looks indeed a lot like RebelRock's work. What you should keep in mind is that Fachwerk houses should always have wood on the corners. Other wise the house would fall apart! Like this:

I won't break in! promise! In any case lovely creations Top work!

Hey Alex, I just noticed these pictures from you. I was wondering what is alex up to these days. Amazing builds! I love the bank and the art nouveau style house. Do you mind if one day I steal you buckbeak statue? I myself am also wresteling between classic and CC style. I think my houses are even smaller then yours!
