The bookish-looking man returns to Heroica Hall, and checks the sign ups again. "It would seem that three of the previous signers have been chosen for another quest. So here's the updated sign-ups:" Tarn Valco (Rumble Strike) Sylph Solanum (Dannylonglegs) Nyx (Pandora) "Hm. Alrighty." Turning to the heroes in the hall, the man says,"my name is Gilderoy, by the way." With that, Gilderoy walks out of the hall.

Jess uses her new Grating Stone immediately after purchase on Blohdhurm.

Taking out 75 gold, Jess approaches the vendor. "I'll take a grating stone, please."

Jess sat silently at a table, watching the gambling. "I vowed to never gamble again, after that incident in Florendale. I lost most of my possessions that night..."

Yes, but MDM wants you for his quest.

A bookish-looking man walks into the hall, and looks at the questboard. "The current sign-ups for quest #21 are:" Benji Carvenhall (Flare) Tarn Valco (Rumble Strike) Lord Lawrence Boomingham (Zepher) Amorith Marvelo (legobodgers) "Ah, but it would seem that all of you are committed to other quests. I shall tell my employers immediately." The man turns to leave, but seems to remember something, and turns around. "Also, I've heard of a certain quest where a 'Crozen Porthiar' was spotted. Quest #5, Cave Sounds, was it? I would like at least one hero from that quest to go on this quest. Please spread the word, heroes, since the hall seems quite empty at the time. Good day." With that, the man turns and leaves.

I just happened to like that hairpiece with that face. Thanks! Heh. Heh. Heh. I really hope you're back in time to sign up!

Here's a little teaser for my quest... Recognize anyone?

It all started at the Lego.com message boards. I went there because I was interested in becoming a more active force in the online community. What I found there was, well, atrocious. I surfed for a little while, until I found a mention of a site called Brickset.com. I went there and joined. From there, I saw a button that would take you to the Tabletown forums. I joined there, and got deeply involved. I saw a mention of a site called Eurobricks from there. A quick google search later, and I found it. The community was huge! I found it intimidating at first, so I lurked for a year. I finally joined, and most people were extremely friendly and helpful. I've since became a teacher at the RA, and an active poster. I've found EB to be my home on the internet, so to speak.

Jess rose from the bedroll before Haldor awoke. She leisurely dressed, but no one was awake to watch. Sighing, she went about making breakfast. "I want to go to town today, everyone," Jess proclaimed, once everyone had woken up.

Jess climbs into Haldor's bedroll, and kisses him goodnight. She promptly rolls over, and goes to sleep.

Jess sits and counts her gold by the fire. "Quite the profitable battle, that one." She then takes out Blohdhurm, a whetstone, a rag, and some oil and begins cleaning and polishing her blade. She quietly sings while she polishes; a sweet melody about love, war, and friendship.

The Belgariad. A wonderful look at Fantasy. Refreshing, even.

"I'll attack Minion C from the front row." I think I should have 117 gold now, if I rolled a shield.

Jess roars her bloodlust, then sees the gold on the ground. She falls silent, picks it up, then picks up her roar of bloodlust where she left off at the same target.

Good, I just always worry that someone's going to take it personally. Can't help it, just my personality.

@Zepher... Holy shit! Holy shit! Holy shit! That's one hell of a battle! @MDM- Don't take the bickering personally, just a little characterization for Jess. I feel she's become a bit too soft for being a rogue.

"That beast is formidable indeed! Don't forget about the minions in your rush to kill the beast, everyone. We don't want them restoring it! So I'll attack Minion A from the Front Row!"

"I am not distracted. I may have a few problems to deal with, but I'll deal with them later. So watch your tongue a little more closely, knight, before you accuse me of distraction. You are fast making yourself an enemy in my book."

"I have no problem with needless stealing," Jess says as she takes a potion. Flaring her nostrils, Jess turns toward Hoke. "I'd watch what you'd say, knight. Or what you imply, for that matter. You don't want to make an enemy of me."

Skyrim: game of the year and best RPG. Well deserved!

"Lara Croft be the name, Tomb Raiding mercenary be the game. I was hired in the same tavern Guts here was hired in. We're together," Jess grins as she whips out her sword to show to the guards. "Fire-imbued. Great for burning the smirks off of that rebel scum."
