sorry guys my error DLuders the origanl axle with the stop end is the correct one not the 6 axle can i dig gravel or soil or stones with it then lego made a digger that you cant dig with!!!!!!!!

i finally got my hands on the excavator i biult it in 6 hours non stop,great set lots of gears my set came with the new la's it also came with those new 16 gears can any one tell me that is that imaage on the first book all about, where you can see it digging in sand i was looking forward to do some digging with it and i also noticed that the 24 gears have changed in my set any on got any more on this?

what project? in order to make a gearbox you will be best to get a selection of gears live showen above i gess you have axles and beams allready but if you don't you will need them as well,oh and you will need some axle conecters

i should use one of them on my truck nice job makeing the truck you could do with some flashing lights on the top

i biuld this for one of the se technic challanges but it did not match the rules,i have token it apart long ago so there is no need to improve it in any way i ment to add this a while back enjoy

nice truck no need for legs as there is no crane or any thing that will make the truck tip over i wounder what milan is biulding in the background (the top left of the pic)

i did have it until takeing it apart for parts some people do complain on here about the clutch gears. i played with the plade a bit (moveed it forward) which gave me a bit more hight on the blade.i never had any trubble with the blade

i think there is a good chance of seeing another full pf set like the digger and bulldozer, i think a lowloader to move them would be great, i think thay wont bring out a big full rc crane i think a small crane , thay are makeing a lot of cheap crane sets along with the recent crane models in the last year.however when you think of last year we did have 4 excavator models in close proximatry to each other before the 8043 come out lol am to slow at typeing i said the same thing

what wheels would you recomend (these were expentive to buy in white) the steering has a white clutch gear to stop it breaking the steering this is why it struggles with the steering i found the drive the best so far ,it is a very heavy so this wont help and the wheels are placed toghter like the real truck it wont look right if i spaced them out and also the gearing would not be very easy to do

There is plenty of power in the dozer am,I am not too sure about those beams at the cab running to the tracks. The loader is good,but the part behind the cab is very bare and looks unfinished.

very good i do think the bucket should be closer (its a bit far away)

i am using two layers as well but it is still bending happy building

ah use white paper are you makeing a sound when the boom and outriggers are moved lioke the real thing? or is it reversing sound? oh and something am finding in my skiptruck is the front axle is bending a bit from the weight of the cab does this happen to you

it must be down to some sort of strain in the gears that they found in the old style it does seam a bit stronger than the old style

nice truck it would be great if there is a way of makeing a lego pump that would be great

i don't think many girls play with technic apart from milan (only joking Milan) looks like another great model

hi all hears my next creation based on a jcb tele truck: working steering pneumatic arm telescopic arm tilt on forks

i can do that whats the benefit in doing that?
