K-Mart does have Space Police, Pirates, Power miners and City at around 20% off K-Mart ticketed prices, but no Star Wars sets are discontinued unfortinately. Might be worth holding off another one to two weeks for another price drop.

Your spot on for what you saw.......... Toyworld only sell at full RRP prices, and don't price match. They don't believe in matching anything. Go with the 3 Pack, I did and that's all I'll buy from there. Ashoka's fighter will always be at RRP $79.99 price.

The 2010 pricing is steap but I didn't realise plastic increased in price this year. I can't believe the price of the Tie Defender, that new helmet cost's at least $20 dollars by itself at a $89.99 RRP price. Expect $100.00 at Toy's'R'Us The battle packs aren't too bad, only a few dollars extra, and with a store 20% off, they'll be ultra tempting to get large quantities.

Okay, Who's gone to Lego.com website and seen the specials.........? Or the lack of them I should say....................... All the items which were sold out for the last 2 months have just been put on sale? They don't have stock but they'll put them on special, that's just teasing !!!!! So many good items on sale, only if they were available and not "Sold Out". Well, I've saved more money now, so shopping at K-Mart must increase.........

You've still found a Death Star at Kmart and didn't pick one up? I'd love for one to appear at my K-Mart, but no such luck, $599 is a great price considering that RRP is $699. Imagine if you got it on a 15% off also................

I tend to agree, no Lego sales after Xmas means that new sets are definately on the way and won't be discounted. Sad really, but lets hope that once they're all out that we'll have a 20% off, or a buy one, get the other for 50% off.

What's this shortage your talking about................ I know plenty of Toys'R'Us stores that have huge amounts of Lego sets still. I wonder if it's the 5% to 15% markup...... I THINK SO !!!!!

Ow, you gotta love K-Mart.............. My 1 stop Lego discontinued store. Thanks for the head's up!!! I can't seem to get enough of their specials these days. Just imagine when they'll be clearing out 2010 sets in May......... Must start saving now, doesn't seem like Lego.com is going to get my money this year so I think I'll wait till next year to invest it in K-Mart :-)

Hey All, For those of you like me that have been waiting for the ned of year sale on Lego.com may be surprised or shocked as I am because Lego has listed 30 items on sale as opf today. Only problem is that, to me, they're all pretty much crap. Must be what they're trying to clear stock wise? I recall last years sale started around the 17th or 18th of December, so im hoping this is just a warm up lap of clearence items and some good sets will still go on sale from 2007? What do you guys think??? But in saying that, Lego.com have sold out of most of the sets I was after which isn't going to make this a goood year for bargains me thinks!!!! And if it's not, well, at least lego.com have saved me thousands of dollars........

K-Mart find, must have been a cancelled lay-by or hold? Managed to get the Indiana Jones Temple of Doon set for $50 dollars, but geeze, how bare are the shelves now??? They must be getting 2010 sets very very soon. On previous years gone past, K-Mart has received sets (including the battle packs) one week prior to X-mas when they were due out the next year for release. But, all the good buys and bargains are certainly long gone now..............

Your going to regret passing on the dropships, but your right, whats with the $150 price point. I know its cheap, but they have gone back up. Bring on the 26DEC09 Lego.com sale....... Especially if they're the 2007 sets! Has anyone noticed that the Lego 10179 UCS Millenium Falcon has been removed from Australia's Lego.com website? What's going on with that!!!!!

For anyone interested in the Pirates Range, or the lack of it continouing next year............ Myer has the "Brickbeard's Bounty Ship" 6243 for $99 dollars on special now,of $40 dollars.

That's pretty much it for what K-Mart has left on sale at a great price. Most of the clearance items are now sold out, including the Venatar and Space Police

Your totally right, no one else is selling Lego like K-Mart. K-Mart is my number 1 place to shop and check first now, Target sells at full RRP and your right, they hang onto stock with no discounts at all. There's a word for that - Tight arses! But Toys'R'Us must be one of the worst offenders, not only are they RP, but up to 15% extra ontop of that. I'd rather buy from Lego.com directly and pay for the shipping then buy from Toys'R'Us. Keep up the sales K-Mart, at least they move through the Lego at a fast face, must be one of Lego's bigger customers for ordering. BigW can have a few good buys here and there, at least BigW don't charge RRP and are relatively close to K-Mart prices, they just don't have the super sales and clearence like K-Mart. Wish I could work there just to keep an eye on the specials that come through the door.

Who doesn't love K-Mart with their mark downs of Lego sets now. Even though I missed out on the Trolls Mountail, I did pick up x3 Star Wars 10195 AT-OT drop ships at $90 dollars each !!!!!! Bring on more of the quick turn around sets. Hopefully the Venator will be next along with other Indy and Star Wars sets

A Rare find theses days due to the sets being discontinued. x11 Sets out of the x13 producted by Lego.
