    I also LOVE the minifigures (especially Catwoman) and the vehicles, but I agree with others here that the cave looks unfinished and not worth $270. When rumors for the price of this were going north from the first guess of $120, I figured that at most I would pay $200 and I was okay with that. But over pricing this by at least $70 is outrageous. I feel even worse for you guys in Canada and Australia.

    So we basically get the Movie TMNT lair with a few of Batman's vehicles for $270. This isn't that impressive. The only good thing is that you get the entire '66 Batman line with one purchase, but it's a huge price for a little footprint.

    Finally! Hopefully the price is a little cheaper than $270. That's interesting too that today is the 50th anniversary for the '66 Batman series.

    If you can find the Batmobile at Target, there are reports that it's mismarked at $50 (instead of $60). If you can't find that deal, then I would want the Batmobile first, personally.

    They're great movies, especially if you're into 80's comedies. I'm still deciding whether or not I should buy this set.

    Don't get me wrong, this is what I've wanted the entire time too. I own all of the '06-08 Batman sets so I would love to see new villains (which is why I bought the Man-bat set right away). Batman has so many villains that are mainstream that Lego hasn't done yet.

    While I'm biased because I do have the original Killer Crocker minifigure and therefore look forward to a bigfig of him, I do like your idea of getting a minifig of Killer Crocker in a polybag. That would be very cool. I really hope that the sewer set has no vehicles. I've got so many vehicles for Batman and his villains that it would be nice to have a large ($70-$90) playset.

    $270??? That's outrageous! I thought people speculating that it would be $200 was silly and I figured that it would be around the price of Arkham Asylum. At that price they should have sold the vehicles separately. This is ridiculous.

    Wow! This is a big surprise! I was expecting the cave to be bright and colorful because it's based on the '66 series, but this is nice and dark. I absolutely LOVE the exterior of Wayne manor (and sorta satisfies my need for a Wayne manor set). I will buy this, even with the ugly wall.

    Just out of curiosity, how many pages are in the instructions?

    X2 I would imagine that it would be much easier to print onto a flat tile then a curved tile. Regardless, I'll stills buy this set hopefully by the end of January.

    I like Bat variants but Buccaneer Batman is not anything that I'm interested in. Knightfall Batman (Jean Paul Valley) is much more interesting and I would buy it and an extra in a heartbeat.

    This set just keeps looking better and better! I didn't realize that was Sergio at first and was surprised to see who it was. Honestly, I'm glad that he didn't show off everything about the set as I look forward to building it and looking it over. Awesome set.

    I think I'm in the minority here, but even though the red bricks aren't accurate to the actual building, I like the look of the red bricks better. I think it'll pop more sitting on the shelf. I'm not interested at all in the Sergio controversy. I'm just glad this set was produced even if I don't end up buying it.

    What do we know about the '66 Batcave set? I've seen little chatter about it but I don't recall if we know the size, price, approx piece count, etc.
