I love all these POTC builds, i was making LEGO POTC models when Black Pearl came out. This is great, really profesinal looking build! Keep it up, and dont be afraid to post more POTC stuff for me to oggle at

wow, love the use of legs in the sea, love the bitz used to make the bird and the explosion in the gun...but i cant quite get used to the legs, it looks too much like the legs on the monkey! Great work though!! :D

Hi folks, I have 4 large 2x4 display bricks. (ordinary bricks for comparison) The colours are slightly faded, the worst faded being the white one. They fit together but as you can see from the photos the bases resemble that of a 2x4 plate. Bricklink seems to have these in their catalog,Bricklink Page. Due to their size these items would be best for UK residents as shipping abroad would be expensive. I'm happy to ship abroad as long as all costs are covered by the buyer. Going by the prices of similar items on brickinki'm looking for prices around £120 although this is open to negotiation depending on the popularity of the item.

Despite never meeting him or even knowing his name until today, i feel deeply saddened. Not only was he just 33 but without this man the AFOL hobby would be very different. He achieved more in his 33 years than I could ever hope to achieve. My condolences to the family.

Finally, I went to new york for a holiday expecting to find a LEGO store but was shocked to find no such store existed. Must pay it a visit.

Hello, You're in luck, I have one 6277 Imperial Trading Post, that i no longer have the space for, It has everything, box, instructions, sails, mini-figures and every piece BOX Creased in places, slight wear on corners INSTRUCTIONS Light creasing and slight fade on front cover MINIFIGURES All there in great condition including the rare 'Trader' fig that only appeared in two sets. SAILS All included, slight fade and crease but still look great PIECES All there, can find non bite marks, some white bricks have yellowed slightly I have even created a folder on my flickr page full of High Quality photos of the set in its current state, FIND IT HERE... I payed £160 about a year ago so offers around that price please...
