  5. The above sets are complete with instructions, no boxes. The asking price is $475. Is this worth grabbing?
  6. You can not get $4-$5 per these fig can you? Looks like the auction was halted! That sucks.
  7. Why would anyone pay $55? http://www.bricklink.com/search.asp?itemID=54178 If that is the going price, I may have to sell my two figs.
  8. When did she find this set? Just recently?
  9. I just purchased the ply and maple boards to start my storage solution. I will post updates as I SLOWLY progress.
  10. I have been talked out of the arched bottom. to prevent LEGO will fall under the unit the bottom front will be flush to the ground.
  11. I am going to build a few shelves/benches to hold LEGO. I plan on making 5, one for each of my children. Any thoughts on my first sketch?
  12. Sets the kids and I enjoy, I want to have a spare. I usually buy an extra and throw it in the attic. When the kids get older I plan on bring them out and reliving some memories.
  13. I have a few high value figs that I have pulled out of garage sale finds. I want to sell them to help support my habit. Thanks for your input.
  14. What is the best way to package a minifig?
  15. Good idea. I agree that it is not practical, I am thinking of only appearance here. I don't think I will end up doing this. I will post my plans soon.
  16. TRU has the Fire Brigade (10197) in stock!
  17. Clear would be ideal. The PVC pipe does not have an end like PAB tubes do. I plan on simply making a flush circle opening with 2/5 of the opening covered with a transparent piece of plexiglass. I like how the PAB wall tubes stick out a few inches. The colors show much better that way.
  18. I am building a storage solution for our LEGO blocks. The kids have want to have a row of tubes similar to what you would find on a pick a brick wall. Has anyone been able to buy something similar to what you would find at a LEGO store's pick a brick wall?
  19. Wow, K-Mark has a crappy selection. But is applies to Star Wars!
  20. And once again, all the modular homes are gone!
  21. The Woodbridge, VA store has a few sales worth mentioning, all damaged box items. $79 - 7754 Home One Mon Calamari Star Cruiser, about 10 of these. $400 - Millennium Falcon #10179, just one left.
  22. How about this door. If you insist on building your own, I would use SNOT similar to this.
  23. If you are moving them yourself then I would simple place each set in a grocery or zip lock bags and carefully fill moving boxes. If you transport them carefully there should be little damage to the sets.
