Who am I fighting with? Anyway, great job! *y* Shakar

On the complexity thing, he was talking about the big "T sets". I HATE PIRAKA TORSOS! Shakar
-
You know, that's the first thing I thought when I saw them.Shakar
-
Nevermind, my eyes were indeed deceiving me. Look here. It's 5618, and it appears to be the final version of the set. Shakar
-
God. Is that a Piraka torso? If it is, I'll KILL them. Oh well, there still are the other 5... Shakar
-
Wait! Troll Warrior Orc Impulse set is 5618, isn't it? If my eyes don't deceive me it says 5616...it could be a different set!Shakar

Whoa. let me write down come comments. Gali: looks pretty cool, but I need better pics. Tahu: not sure if I like him, at least for now. Onua: he looks weird. I need better pics. Krika: cool, so they are insect like! I like him/her. Gorast: correct me if I'm wrong, isn't he/she the first canister set with 4 arms? Anyway, neat! Bitil: is it just me or is he/she regular yellow, not yelloworange? Looks bee like to me... We love you Tyranide, don't we? Shakar

Actually, "Makuta of Metru Nui" is his title, much like Icarax's title is "Makuta of Karzahni". We're going to find out MoMN's real name in BL9. Shakar

I guess the building is a bit repetitive and boring, but hey, this set looks so fun that it'll be worth it. Anyone noticed that the goblin leader uses the old skellie euro armour? I would've preferred the new orc chestplate... Very cool and crazy. I love 2008! Shakar

As soon as I get back my computer, I'll see what I can do.Shakar

I guess Vultraz is a Shadow Matoran. And I just realized something: 8699=big white guy. Takanuva=8699. Therefore, Takanuva=big white guy. 8-

I love you, Lego. Castle is back. *wub* Shakar

Well, doesn't mean that you have to think the same way I do about the Phantoka. I respect your opinion. :-) Maybe I was exageratting about the designs, however I still think that the ones on Matoro and Hewkii could have been better. The summer stuff, except the small red guy, looks quite good. I especially like the huge blue vehicle, while I need to see better pics to judge the other ones. The white and black (?) titan is the most complex titan set we've had in a while and looks very good. Menacing? Yup. They're some of the creepiest Bionicle villains I've seen. The wings, the vampire like theet (especially the ones on Vamprah), the claws, the ribcages...just as creepy as the Barraki, if not more. IMO what these Makuta sets have, compared to past canister bad guys, is a terrifying aura of authority, Antroz in particular has this. I really love these sets. The Toa Nuva are better than I thought. Sure, they have old designs, but they end up looking very nice. As for them looking like their former selves...Lewa has lime, a katana-like weapon and a mask that looks like a cross between the Miru Nuva and the Faxon. Kopaka's mask is more like a great Matatu than an Akaku, however I consider him the one that looks like his classic form the most. Pohatu, except the pincers / propellors / drills, looks nothing like his former self. But really, I like them as sets so I don't mind them looking too different than their Nuva forms. I say that the pictures you've seen of them don't make them justice, especially Kopaka. They are all very good. Shakar

I received all six Phantoka today. *y* Shakar

I got the six Phantoka today. I really like them. My favourite Toa is Lewa, while my favourite Makuta is Vamprah. Besides removing the red axles and the blue long O pins and giving to the Toa Nuva different eye colours, I didn't do any major modifications, because they didn't require them. Their designs are much better than the rushed Mahri designs. Personally, I'd recommend them all. *y* Shakar

That's great to see, however two things seem weird to me: -Is the set already sold out? -Why is the set name "Troll Assault Wagon The trolls are attacking!"? Shakar

You can find that armour in the tower set and on the ship set, too. Thinking of it, while this would be a cheap way to obtain it, I would prefer if the final set was the one in the other pic we saw. The orc in this one has a copper helmet and the new dark bley torso, while the other one features a speckle silver helmet and the "old" brown torso. So, I would personally prefer it for generic orc soldiers. Shakar
-
Look what I found here. It is different than the other pic we saw. An impulse set with the armour wouldn't hurt. Shakar

Do you think the chariot and the catpult sets cost 3 Euro? Anyway, they are pretty good army builders, however I wish the orc impulse set had some more useful pieces, such as a few more weapons, an alternate helmet, a armour piece, and a shield. Actually, like Athos pointed out, almost all the sets are lacking shields. Guess I'll have to do some Bricklink shopping. Besides these aspects, I like where Lego's heading in 2008. There's the main line of sets, then a few small sets to help people in army building and other things. Shakar
-
Whoa, 6.49 Euro for the Matoran when I switch to Italy. *n* I'm just gonna buy them from Bricklink. I'll save up, that's for sure. The Phantoka cost 13 Euro! I'm very glad I bought them from Ebay: I spent 46 DOLLARS for the shipping. Yet, believe it or not, I paid less than buying from S@H. Shakar

I especially like this one smashed into the wall. Look here. The use of the bandana is pure genius! I haven't seen the film, but, looking at this MOC, I'd say it's pretty violent. Shakar

I got Kongu mahri yesterday. He's pretty cool- if you find one on sale like I did, get him. Shakar

Think of Magnetism... a huge magnetic wave. Everything would be teared apart by a powerful magnetic force. Or Shadow...everything would be covered in eternal darkness. What about Life? Everything would become animated. Awesome. Shakar

Ah, I see now. Thanks.Shakar
