I think a winter "Fun in the Snow" people pack would conflict with the City Advent Calendar and the Winter Village set. (mostly the Advent Calendar) I still think that something like "Fun on Halloween" or something like that could work but let's see what happens with these sets...

I'm afraid the Winter Village set could come with those named characters that are now all over the City line The most recent City set revealed features the mayor wearing the Corn Cob Costume

But not everyone got that set. For all the people who didn't buy that set that Ginny minifigure is.... well, I won't go as far as saying useless, but the appeal is very limited. Maybe the new hairpiece saves her a little bit I'd have switched her with Draco in that set. Draco in that outfit appears in a lot of scenes in HBP and DH. So he would fit better as a CMF I think. That would also add another antagonist for the CMF, because only Bellatrix out of 16 is very unbalanced. I mean 25% of the CMF wave are Weasleys

That's one of the things I dislike from this series. The minifigures are way too specific Ginny wearing the Howgarts robe and an interesting accesory would have been more useful. Maybe her patronus spell Her patronus is a horse, so it could have been a foal new mould made in trans blue But the minifigure as it is, only works to recreate a single scene out of 8 movies.
