Another phenomenal MOC from the city's head architect and foreman! You've used a neat design for those hanging gables, thus giving the facade great detail. Those Roman influenced corbels and the balcony railing integration with the uppermost classical style cornice looks really authentic too. The fire escape is always a nice touch, but I much preferred the one used for your Fire Station (Which would fit seamlessly into a modular New York City). It all adds up to a great atmosphere, only slightly under the quality of the Fire Station. That truly is a helluva lot of bricks..... :-D I also have a request - could you please post the NYC building you modeled your work after? ;-)

This folder has scans of most (if not all) of the pirate sails produced by Lego, although they are not 1:1 scale. However, I would be happy to resize Merthyn's sail scan to the proper scale for you, Bonaparte. :) Done! By the way, look at the post of poor ImperialScouts. I think we need to integrate my sad emotion into the pirate forum emotions Javascript! Once someone who owns a better digital photo editing program than I do makes it transparent, that is. http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/000/Smil...ir_unhappy2.gif

I am coming towards the command post..... I have arrived! *y*

A rare promotional set from 2005.It's basically the same as Lucius Malfoy from 4720 Knockturn Alley, but he has an aviator's cap instead of the blond hair. Although I would love to see matching pants.

Wow - This picture is making quite an assertion! The illustrator might be slightly embarrassed if this doesn't come though. 8-| I remember we had a thread about discussing the potential concept of any Indy 4 theme. I'm to busy to go searching at the moment but I think Yoda comented that we could get another 'Padm

That would be kinda nice......There was a really nice brickshelf folder with minifigures like this, but I cannot seem to locate it now. :-( Way to dark for a LEGO theme, my friend. ;-)

For such an SG1-quality Sci-Fi series, the theme song of Star Trek:Voyager isn't too shaby.... http://www.kfcplainfield.com/sound/voyager.wav *y* That sounds very pleasant! :-)

I present a little sneak peek of things to come!

There is a setting in Mario Kart 64 such that you get to gauge your own record speeds alone on an item-less track and compare them with other player's records. The You-tube-rs are showing off their record time. It's left over from at least a decade or so ago when I was young enough to appreciate it. :-D Hey, I'll make you a MOC! Yes! this will be the coolest thing I've done in a while. 8-

I shall quote myself from the original "Potential Western Sets" topic. Here is my only online Western MOC. Oh no....I just realized I missed Mrts' reply but it's I don't want revive it as it's to old. 8-| I'd say that's a bit of an understatement! :-D

He's referring to Kalimari Desert, the last track of the Mushroom Cup. :-D Definitely. The cowcatcher is very hard to illustrate with bricks, but I think Lord Sava has mastered it. TLG would have irrefutably made a chunky junior mold. I only realize afterward I personally own the DUPLO version. X-D *y*

Darth Doom! I don't have the slightest clue how the hell that happened but I assume it must have something to do with this; 8-| Edit: I fixed your picture for you

AH, wonderful! I've been waiting too long for an American Revolution MOC, and I've been too preoccupied lately to make one myself. Nice stone wall! X-D (I'm not really into wargames)

General Piranha, report! Have you engaged the directed heading? I need confirmation from you before I embark upon the given trajectory. Obviously a temporal unit of the Star Wars Galaxy.

That's truly a beautiful master piece. It must be a fairly recent folder, I must have purged the whole site from Imperial land-based MOCs last year. :-D There's no way I could have missed this one! I'll be admiring its excellent meticulous detail for the next few minutes. If only I had that many bricks to spare..... X-D EDIT: Hey, I remember that website, It host the Harbor that ImperialScouts posted here. ENGLISH!

It was a joke, they're different sets built around the same small boat. :-D

DoubleT posted them on the third page. Click the small button that looks like this at the end of the 'QUOTE (DoubleT @ Jan 4 2007...)' line. You might also see the Batman pictures from the New York Toyfair. http://www.asmzine.com/toyfair07/gallery/L...tman/index.html

It's my pleasure! :-) Yes. It would seem to you, like many others, that the headlight piece is virtually useless to connect any bricks with a base bigger than 1x1. This is so because the indentation prevents the brick from laying flush with the wall. However, there is a secret. You need to think outside the box. ;-) When four bricks are arranged as such, they interlock in a square shape. (I apologize for the blurriness) When this design is replicated using another four bricks and attached as such, they interlock in a cube shape. At this stage, the pieces can fit together modularly in cubic tessellations as large as you like them, and you can tile 'em up. With 27 (9x3) of the modular cubes, you can make a 100% solid, non-functioning Rubix cube.

I believe at the end of DMC Norrington delivers Jones' heart (in the chest) to Beckett aboard the Endeavour in a compromise to earn back his naval career. That might be about it...

Indeed a very nice improvement over the Indi. The inclusion of the many slopes makes a much better ship. It's good to see you've used a wagon wheel in the helm, that's what I did 'back in the day' too. :-P Great progress! *y* The Endeavour appears in Dead Man's Chest too, but it's definitely more prominent in the third. Not only that, but you've captured the ship's exact color scheme too. But don't worry, the world's finest space administration has a ship of the same name. X-D And you could always change the name also, if you care to do so.

It's a cute little bugger....nice work. I fixed your broken 'Gundam' hyperlink. ;-)

Thank you for this wonderful review, Cabby. *y* It's nice to see someone besides Yoda is pulling the weight 'round these parts. It's a relief the tank is made of two parts connected via technic pin, I foresee that will be very useful in various space MOCs, both whole and spit....I know, not best clairvoyance. :-P :-D

Favorite set I own: It's exactly like Lagoon Lock-up except it has a bigger port and nice merchant ship, plus superior redcoats replacing the inferior blue & more pirate/merchants. X-D Second Favorite set (I don't own): http://www.bricklink.com/IL/6285-1.jpg Third favorite (don't own): http://www.bricklink.com/SL/6263-1.jpg
