  1. Well. If you do well. Yes! What he said! *sweet* Rebellion.
  2. You are very welcome, Al (clever name, by the way :-P ). Now that I've watched the film, I shall comment. It seems there is no stop-motion in there....the animated aspects include the trains and the mill, and I assume the train is propelled by the electric locomotive using an official LEGO train system. You've created a wonderful atmosphere and the music really rounds it all off. I've heard it multiple times before but I don't recall the name. Is it Mozart? Perhaps Beethoven.......grrr.
  3. Thank you very much for those great pictures, Hinckley! 8-
  4. Lord Bonaparte, did you contact Mr. Merthyn concerning the use of his sail scans? If not, you should at least credit him in the first post for providing the lion's share of the sails. ;-) There's only one problem - not a single one of the sails are in 1:1 scale. Here's the 1:1 ITP sails I gave you a while ago. http://eurobricks.hosting.ipsyn.com/eurofo...pe=post&id=1498 And another thing - are the ITP, Raft Raiders, and Sea Serpent sails all the same size? And the red & white striped or the ITP and Lagoon Lockup compared to the blue & white striped of Rock Island refuge compared to the black & white striped of Enchanted Island and Kahuka's throne?

  6. Greetings, General! I've seen some of your stuff on Brickshelf before, The DeLorian, the American Civil War things, and the Pirated Lego folder. I'm looking through it now and I must say that Japanese house and the 60's Batman are plain lovely! 8-
  7. Ah, that's a creation of my Californian friend Ben. His construction equipment is indeed very large and impressive especially because of the brilliant motorization. You can see his LEGO videos here.
  8. Oooo. I forgot about this thread. Is my old Batcave worthy? :'-)
  9. Yes, I too have no recollection of the third picture although I have seen the first two multiple times. I like the second the best for my purposes..... Micro scale? It all looks like minifigure scale to me. The seesaw, a kiddie basketball hoop, the minifig accessory garbage can.
  10. As always, your creations are phenomenal. I wish I had that many bricks! :-D I've initiated some evolution myself as well.
  11. D'Oh. You are correct. *y*
  12. I'm going to have to say yes on that one. Definitely quite poseable.
  13. So we know it's gas and that it is shot out by electromagnetic repulsion........ It's pretty pathetic. :-P Wookeepedia says So they are less accurate than a laser, but they don't need to 'reload' as much as a laser gun needs to. Although both recharge, the baster does not need to as frequently. That sounds like a very stupid compromise to me, considering all the action is Star Wars consists of our heros dodging stormtrooper's baster shots, our heros maneuvering their ships in order to dodge baster shots, and our heros articulating their lightsabers in such a way that it deflects blaster shots. Since lasers are so slow to reload, what happens if you just shoot one laser beam at a jedi? He cannot manipulate his lightsaber faster than the speed of light, now can he? That would make him relatively helpless unless he can use the force to stop time. :-P Because as we know, a jedi usually will not anticipate a shot heading toward him until after the enemy has shot it. Also, lasers can travel through multiple jedis! X-D
  14. So blasters are aerosol cans on steroids? It's a corrosive gas loaded into a gun and it is condensed into a focused beam by an "actuating blaster module". Some meaningless technobabble, I assume? Do we know how it is propelled out of the barrel? And what's all that galvanization nonsense? 8-|
  15. Why am I not surprised? :-P I desperately hope they have changed their mind about the wings.......
  16. "A squeeze of a trigger emits volatile blaster gas into a conversion chamber, where it is excited by energy from the weapon's power source. The agitated gas is then funneled through the actuating blaster module, where it is processed into an intense particle beam. A prismatic crystal focuses the beam, and passes it through a refinement chamber which galvanizes the beam into its final bolt shaped like a cone, similar to the shape of the ballistic coefficient." Blaster Gas!! Excited by energy! Prismatic Crystal! A rock in the shape of a prism! Galvanizes the beam into a shape?!?!?!?!?!?! It coats it with zinc? WTF!?!? ALTHOUGH IT'S ALIEN TECHNOLOGY OF UNTOLD CAPABILITIES, IT STILL MAKES NO SENSE! X-D Is it focused visible light? Is it plasma? Is it EM radiation? Is it some beam of untold subatomic particles?

  18. There was a small 3 second scene on Felucia, right before that blue gal gets shot. It was shown with the AT-OT.
  19. Star Wars Blasters; what exactly are they exactly? Is it a form of LASER emitting device? Perhaps a focused beam of plasma or something silly? :-P Starwars.com tells me nothing and Wookieepedia is unclear.....
  20. More complex Cafe Corner style for me! *y* I own it and I love it.
  21. Very nice, Brainbox. Courtesy of Mr. Athos I present Cows with Guns. X-D
  22. He's not being rude, PSP. The first topic was a little funny, but this one takes it too far. It's taken so far, it's really not funny anymore which tends more to rub off as just plain spammy. :-/
  23. That's very strange. It seems that title was given to you by Yoda. Not Vader.........I sense a disturbance in the Imperial ranks...... :-P
