On his Flickr photoset, "Choking Hazard" posted 9 pictures of his Lego Anatomy Skeleton.

On his Brickshelf gallery, ErikLeppen made photo-sequence Building Instructions for his minifig-scale Lego Technic "Small scale Demag AC 200 six axle mobile crane in original Demag color scheme. Features ten wheel steering, on axles 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6, manual outriggers, manually raising two section boom." I compiled the photos into a single 5.4-MB PDF file that can be downloaded from MegaUpload SkyDrive here.

On his website, Brickley made a real tuneable, playable Lego Ukulele There are 6 pictures of it on his Flickr photoset. He wrote, "Realising I’ve never owned a uke, I decided I’d try to make one. But instead of using wood, like any normal person, I decided to use LEGO bricks. Of course, there were some challenges. 1. The shape. In case you didn’t realise, LEGO bricks are kinda blocky, full of right angles. Great for buildings, not so great for ukuleles. I tried several techniques to get a rounded shape, also keeping in mind it had to be strong, and the one I finally decided on was a fairly simple SNOT version, using lots of these and these. I was pretty pleased how it turned out. 2. Strength. This model has to be able to withstand the tension of 4 fairly tight strings without exploding. I ended up using a pre-stressed Technic rod up the middle of the neck, which allowed the head to be securely attached to the body, and it works really well. The body (briefly described above) ended up being very strong, but I had to use a saddle attached to the lower end to get enough strength – the saddle I originally designed was attached to the front, and was only able to tune the top string to about B. The final design allowed me to tune it to D (still way short of a real uke, but good enough for me). 3. Tuning. I had to come up with a way of tuning the strings, that was able to take the tension without slipping, and didn’t look too yucky. I tried a couple of ways, but this one worked best, probably because it’s the simplest! Those of you with eagle eyes will notice the LEGO worm gears are wound the wrong way, so the keys have to be turned the opposite way to normal. I did try putting them on the other side of the main gear, which fixed the turning anomoly, but they ended up way too close to the top of the neck, and I kept knocking them while playing, so I decided this way was best. 4. Intonation. This was always gonna be a problem, because LEGO doesn’t do logarithmic intervals easily. I decided early on that near enough would be fine, as long as it sounds OK when played. I simply mapped out the actual logarithmic scale on paper, and picked the distances to match as closely as possible. I was quite pleased with the result. So, after all that, I ended up with what I like to call an alto ukulele – it is tuned to C-F-A-D (normal ukes are generally tuned to G-C-E-A). I also thought it needed a stand so I can display it on the mantle piece, you can see it poking out the bottom. And I think it really sounds OK, but you can judge for yourself: Puff the Magic Dragon.

On his Flickr photostream, BricksOnWheels posted 5 pictures of his 1:10-scale Lego Harley Davidson FLH 1340 Custom. He wrote, "After some big scaled trucks i thought it was time to build a bike again. This is a custom Harley Davidson FLH 1340 with late model Streetglide style rear, and chomed out engine with big twin exhausts. Detail shot of the engine, which also includes chains and rear suspension."

Author of the three "Lego Technic Idea Books" pictured below, Isogawa Yoshihito posted this of his Mozo Mozo Machine. The rough Japanese-to-English translation for "Mozo Mozo" is "Something moving, to snuggle up to someone." It spasmodically moves across the floor by rapidly flicking the Lego Power Functions switch back-and-forth. One could probably re-create it using spare parts from the pictures posted on his LegoStudio Model Gallery.

On his BrickTruckTrial.com , Lewis/ space potato 4 just posted his Lego Technic KZKT 7428 Rusich 8x8 Trial Truck. He wrote that "This is my biggest truck yet. It has: a 2 speed gearbox, V12 engine, 8-wheel-drive, 4-wheel-steering and full suspension. It took nearly 2 months to make (mainly due to testing and waiting for parts from Bricklink). The red stick on the controller is forward/reverse; blue stick is changing gears (up for 2nd gear, down for 1st). Left steering wheel is first axle and right wheel is for second axle." Scale (wheels used) -- Power Puller Width -- 37 studs Transmission -- 8x8 Motorization -- Four Power Functions (PF) XL motors + one working fake motor Steering -- Two PF M-motors with steering wheels Onboard Battery Box -- PFS (Power Functions System) unit Total Weight -- 5750 grams (12.7 lbs) He posted 13 pictures of it on MOCpages.

Since there was a recent post about how Lego Creator (in some cases) was like Model Team and Technic, Nathanael Kuipers (industrialdesigner on Brickshelf) posted 9 different alternates (so far) for the 5867 Super Speedster set. He started out with a "Detailed tractor truck with doors, cabin, and V6. Pretty much all parts used." He then built a Classic Car, Formula 1 Car, Jeep, Le Mans racer, Quad Bike, Race Car, Street Rod, and Unimog (all from the 5867 parts). There are several photos of each alternate for you to possibly make your own. Be sure to see them on his Brickshelf gallery.

Parts List from LDD?
DLuders replied to Mrcool1804's topic in Digital LEGO: Tools, Techniques, and Projects
@ Mrcool1804: Sure, I will generate a parts list for your Fire Truck after I get home from work in about 10 hours. I have LDD Manager and operate LDD via Windows Vista. If you e-mail me your LDD .lxf file to LudersDG@MSN.com , I will send you your Parts List (in both Excel and PDF file formats). I'm curious to see what it looks like! -
legolijntje spotted Coney/ Contech7's Lego Technic 4x4 Pickup Truck on Brickshelf, and there are well-made, photo-sequence Building Instructions to make the truck. You can download a single, 3.7-MB PDF file of the Truck Building Instructions here via MegaUpload SkyDrive. He shows its capabilities on this , on which he wrote:A small 4X4 Pickup truck with utility trailer. The truck is driven by two PF M-Motors and steering uses one PF M-Motor. The battery box is located in the extra cab of the truck and is accessible from the top. The truck has rear pendular suspension, a functional four cylinder engine with fan, manual winch on the front bumper, LED spotlights, interior seats and steering wheel and rear hitch for pulling the trailer."

DLuders replied to raus's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
@ Raus: It looks just like the original truck in the "Fast Five" movie! Maybe TLG will license this as an Official Set someday! -
Sariel/ searme posted this of the second Grand Prix Mazovia Trial Truck competition held this past weekend. If you don't have time to watch all of it, one of his fans (bachaddict) posted the hyperlinks below (to "fast forward" to certain morbid highlights at the video's minutes/seconds shown):"The crashes: Bonus feature: "
