    The head bands rather remind me of Movie Starscream, to be honest, and the mouth area of some mask from the Mahri-Nui year... I like the overall design, though.

    This. Duh. And just about every single villian canister before the Piraka had no personality. Save the Kal. They were also really cool designs.
