  1. After actually looking at the helmet attachments, I find I rather like them. They could be in better colors, yes, but they all look nice and varied, and even better, they all make sense for their character. Furno the scout gets goggles, Stormer the commander gets a scouter, Surge the sniper gets a telescoping eye, Breez the "close combat specialist" gets a full face guard. It works out rather nicely.
  2. Ah, I have one out of the first wave, so it may be that the statement is true for later waves of NS.
  3. I think he was referring to Neo Shifters, where, well, that statement isn't true either, my NS figure rolls up just fine with very little problem? It's one of the better MB lines, if somewhat same-y.
  4. That's certainly a unique way to connect the armor, cool. I know I'm going to try to use that Hero Maker thing to try and make Bulk and Stringer to complete the team.
  5. The three villians are totally a miniboss squad. =P
  6. AND MAKE ME A SAMMICH
  7. Yep, that's about how I feel, fortunately, that's why it's called LEGO, it'll be easy enough to replace these helmets with their old ones. Though the two new guys having them is fine with me.
  8. Hey, those guys can totally pull off a "Haters Gonna Hate" pose. Perfect. Anyways, I only have two complaints about these heroes, one, Stormer, Furno, and Surge lose their awesome color schemes, and second, not a huge fan of the new helmet gear for EVERYONE. The villains are awesome.
  9. Me, I recognized it right away, but I thought, "Pah, Eurobricks would never do a theme centered on constraction figure sets!" Glad to be proven wrong, though.
  10. Rule 34 of the Internet: "If it exists, there is porn of it."
  11. Good review, man. This reminds me of how I consider Bionicle, Throwbots, Roboriders, and Hero Factory to take place all in the same universe.
  12. Lewa seems to be written too much like Kopaka, he's not really lighthearted or "young" enough, if you ask me. I've been enjoying this a lot though.
  13. It's also in the Bulk and Vapour set.
  14. Man, Makuhero just reminds me of Monsteropolis from Megaman more and more.
  15. No, Carapar was slow, but he was still pretty smart, just all the hypnosis Takadox tossed on him made him somewhat less speedy in his thinking.
  16. While a pipe-dream, I can't help but hope for a "Hero Factory: Animated" to come from this.
  17. I'm hoping that Hero Factory gets a cartoon. Pipe dream, I know, but it's possible.
  18. The bohrok themselves are the best set for MoCing, versatile, fun, cheap, and overall very fun. =D
  19. Remember that there are plenty of organics in the HF universe, so it'd make a great distraction, threatening innocents and the like. (Kind of along the same lines as Meltdown, Heroes aren't the only thing they fight.)
  20. Those huge-tastic spiked shoulderpads are possibly the silliest and most ridiculous idea ever. Blech.
  21. "-And Craig Phillips." Ha!
  22. I liked a lot of his funky background matoran, they were neat and very unique. As an aspiring artist myself, I think you're blowing this waaaaay out of proportion, man.
  23. I dunno, Anch, I think 2006-Sayger was the best Bionicle comic art we've ever gotten, which is why I'm excited for the 8th graphic novel. 2007-Sayger, however, was pretty sloppy.
  24. My biggest problem with the models you have done so far is how inconsistent they are in quality and aesthetic, I really hope you unify them into one style soon, preferably more like DM Kopaka.
  25. I like the elemental lords a lot, they all look very cool, yes, even the Jungle one. I especially like the sand, water, and fire ones. The Battera are nice too.
