  1. What a beauty! Do you need a captain for her? Because I happen to have a captain who needs a day off of his sloop. (Just kidding)
  2. Hello, all. This is my first post in this forum, so please don't be hasty. I just have something to show you. I got the idea for the jeep after viewing some old Adventurers sets, and the design came out of the LEGO Ideas Book. On this jeep, there are clips to hold guns and swords, plus a socket for hitching carts onto the back. You can see more of the jeep by clicking here, as soon as the folder is public. That is all for now. Please comment! Always entertaining, always inspiring, always:
  3. True, LEGO does have a reputation of educational sets.
  4. This is the Welsh Mail crossing the border Bringing the parts from the BrickLink order LEGO for the rich, LEGO for the poor The shop on the net and the bloke next door Sorry, those coaches just remind me of the old Night Mail documentary from 1936. I think those coaches are splendid. Keep on brickin'!
  5. Ay up! That's a cute little engine. I love the saddle tanks, and the fact you can hardly see the motor. Keep up the good work!
  6. I recently saw a documentary on YouTube about the Terriers. They didn't use up as much coal as regular locomotives, and they had a really cramped cab for the poor old driver and fireman. This one's color looks a heck of a lot like the Bluebell Railway's Terrier Fenchurch. Keep up the good work, lad!
  7. Well, whadya know! It's one of Oliver's brothers, Red. She looks very good. You ought to get her a brakevan, too. You know, like Oliver and Toad.
  8. I was reading the book, but I sort of lost interest after they arrived on the Cursed Island. It's a good looking frigate, by the way. Keep her afloat the best you can!
  9. I don't know. They seem too Blackbeard-zombie-like.
  10. Maybe there could be fierce Islanders, or a pirate with a red beard--Oh, wait, they already did those before. I think that the villain should be dark in a sense, like Lord Garmeddon, only not that dark. However, maybe a group of pirates and islanders should fight off the soldiers from getting their booty, and I don't mean the thing they sit on.
  11. You mean, sort of like the Kingdoms Series? I'd guess that would work, too.
  12. And I think I found one AFOL who agrees already
  13. I think that Napoleonic is too hard of a theme for children to understand. They probably couldn't tell Napoleon apart from Wellington. However, looking at the Europa theme, I think that LEGO could do a theme with soldiers saving civilians from bandits, burglars, and highwaymen. The soldiers could have any color coat, like the new Ninja theme. Such as greencoats in the woods, bluecoats near the sea, redcoats in town, etc.
  14. That looks very impressive! You know, it almost reminds me of the Southern Pacific Railway's engine Jupiter.
  15. Hmm...I'm scheming.
  16. She's a good ship. In fact, it kind of reminds me of the ship in the new Pirates film by Aardman.
  17. Classic Pirates is king! There is nothing that compares to the feuds between Captain Redbeard and Governor Broadside. Not to mention that the classic pirate hulls are easier to build with, and the jolly old crews always are smiling. I meant smiling! That's better.
  18. For he's a jolly good fellow, for he's a jolly good fellow, for he's a jolly good fellow that nobody can deny! Well done, Admiral Big Cam! Best of look to ye.
  19. Hello, all. Just today, my pastor's wife gave me an article from the Norfolk News about some LEGO sculptures on display in the Reiman Gardens in Ames, Iowa. I thought it may capture some of your attentions, so I decided to give a link with the pictures of the LEGO sculptures. To view them, please click here. You will not be unimpressed. There are butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees sure to capture your imagination. Cheers! Always entertaining, always inspiring, always:
  20. Very ingenious. Something to scare the hearts of the enemy for sure. I myself would use this technique in a fort.
  21. I think I can see where Redbeard will be taking his crew to raid next time. It's a good building, keep up the good work!
  22. I find your tutorials very helpful while building vessels, in order to fit in with the salty sea dogs in this forum. I can't wait for the next few parts, and I might just use some of your techniques.
  23. Welcome to the Eurobricks Forums! I wish I could purchase all of those POTC sets, but at the time I am going through a bit of financial bother.
