Nur takes a Remedy from the back row then casts a healing spell on himself from the back row.

The confuse all specials are not overpowered but are more devastating because most heroes have only been concerned with protecting themselves from the blind and sealed effects, neglecting confusion immunity. It's not the enemies fault players have failed to properly protect themselves. On that note, En Sabah Nur has a Scroll of Confusion he would be willing to sell for 270% of the normal scroll price. :-D

Thankfully, Skrall was seasoned enough to recognize the confused effect. Nur used a remedy from the back row to clear his mind. Nur takes a step back from the group and executes a single bo staff 360 spin ending with the stick standing tall on the ground. The mage consumes his only Smelling Salts from the back row and directs a lightning spell at Bigger Fish A from the back row.

"I would like to head west as well but the ogre seems drawn to the water. Besides, we couldn't call ourselves adventurers if we didn't do some real adventurin'. Surely a quick peek of the shoreline wouldn't hurt?" OoC: Jeb wants to clear fields and/or see Crystal Titan's loot while Nur wants to explore. Either way we go, starting a battle today would do wonders for my real life morale. :-D

His memory flashed to the time he saw an elf archer fell a large beast by riding its tentacle-like appendage and taking well placed shots to the creature's head. What was his name? Greenleaf something. Nur looked to his hulking comrade. Nah, there is no way he is that nimble. "I will dispatch of as many tentacles as I can. Starting with..." Sometimes, it'd be nice if the common sense standard was followed more regularly. Roleplaying died in this game to me the instant the majority of player characters knew the players aligned themselves with the wolfgang shortly after quest 6. Don't care how the PC's justified it, some lower ranked Wolfgangers squealed (how would they even know), read about it in the library (-_-) or whatever, it was lame. Then much later I believe Haldor ended up blabbing his mouth. gg.

I like the SHIELD roll. It will allow parties to choose between ordering the party actions to absorb free hits best or deal damage best (if they're lucky the order will be the same for both). I can see the enemy being surprised by a mounted warrior and open to attack from his comrades that follow. Makes sense to me. Due to the class's inability to use shields, the their potential SP will be a lot lower making permanently hastened very dangerous for the Cavalier. More opportunity to take damage, special damage and free hits like you said.

By now the community should be familiar with each other's roleplaying styles. At this point in the game, you should know who not to quest with (whose rp style disagrees with your own).

OoC: Nur should be rested and Immune to Water Damage instead of Petrification. EDIT::> Nur does side bend stretches.
