the measurement they say translates by google as 39 inches long which is just under 100cm but when I reread it without googles automatic traslation it says 39cm so you are right anyway here is the ink to the page http://www.lelutinrouge.fr/acheter/le-camion-lego_94656

What is the hardest Lego set you have ever built?
danim replied to SharkMan's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I think the hardest set I have ever built has been Alpha Rex from set 8547 -
does anybody have any comments about the cable car in Bricklingston, and do you like the videos that I took
-
here are the photos of the construction in Bricklingston as well as two videos, the rail is still to be extended as well as the stations bein[g built
-
well the cable car has been installed into bricklingston and a station has started being constructed above the tv station, it has been decided by the builders that the boat will stay as it allows the cable car to move without a complete rebuild pics and video to be posted later
-
Thanks for all the comments Lightning Tiger, I thought about doing a hill but my layout does not allow for that plus it is in the middle of the city now on with the new pics An overview of the cable car/tramway as it is just now but it will be getting extended even more and a close up of the gondola (the cable car its self) The gondola will be a proper design as this is just so I can see what it is like in motion And finally the running gear, there is one at the other end as well, this one will be connected to a motor at some point but for now it is connected to the Micro Scout when I wish to run it At some point I will post a video of it in motion

I have used the spiderman cable car set as functional help as I tried it just using wire but it was causing the buildings to come off of the baseplates so I had a look at the set and realised that there was a rail type thing which the cable car ran along and was moved by string attached to the round things that you get in technic sets, so I created mine and then added in an axel at the large round thing on the cable car rail which I can connect a motor to. The Progress I have doubled the length of it so it now does not fit onto the table in the first pics and instead of having it as 1 tower high it is now two towers high as well as having one of the small pirates boats connected to it to see if a cabin could be built, pics will be uploaded after I get home
-
the reason it is different colours is because of the lack of parts that I have the reason for doing this is because I wanted to have some sort of train type thing in Bricklingston and I decided that trains were too big and the monorail was too expensive so I went with the cable car system. This is the 4th attempt at getting it to work as my first few ideas did not work as the cable car was tearing the buildings of Bricklingston from their foundations (baseplates) along with my large feet

not nessisarily look here at a MOC that I have started building http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=40028
-
This is a MOC I have started for Bricklingston, it will run right down the main street above the pavment/sidewalk and will be motorised. I am hoping it will seat about 4 minifigs, possibly more well enough with the description, on with the pics As I said this is still a wip and it will be about twice as long and twice as high but that will be when I get the parts
-
not every cable car/ cableway system goes in a straight line for example the alton towers cable car system can go round bends as well as having three stations http://www.towersalmanac.com/areas/rides.php?id=30 Lightning Tiger The Roosevelt Island Tramway is right in the middle of New York connecting Mannhatten and Roosevelt Island and is used every day by commuters
-
what I am meaning is something similar to this Klaus Dieter, I do not think it would take up that much room on the baseplate, just a 4 stud space then get one of these towers on top of each other with long 10 stud plates creating a high rail with the cable car hanging from it in some way so the space is in the air rather than on the baseplate
-
has anyone thought that the elivated train could be a cable car since lego already has done one but on a small scale
-
DDK = Droid Development Kit you have the micro scout in the wind turbine
-

The paints I have tried so far have been games workshop paint, humbrol paint and revell paint but the paint is still rubbed off when I reassemble it also this is the first time I have ever altered lego, it is so I can get a specific minifig which lego do not produce
-
Hi I am trying to paint a lego minifig red but the arms and legs get stuck after painting and then they scrape the paint of after moving them do you have any ideas on how to spot this from happening
-
this is the moc expert tag
-
something which I am surpised at is the fact that you do not have a moc expert tag yet as you deserve it
