  1. Actually I rather like that idea.
  2. She's one to talk, with that blue mop of hers.
  3. Fire boils water away, and water douses fire, so both elements have the capacity to harm each other.
  4. Sandy, some of the pictures from Quest Fourteen are missing.
  5. Throlar was Amazed by this, he had spent most of his life in a city carved out of the caverns inside Mount Eagle, but an underground port? He was amazed by the idea, admittedly it was rather small and most of the structures were rather rickety and most of them were obviously hastily cobbled together, and there was very little expansion on the original cavern, he supposed it was rather hard to find skilled dwarven or goblin masons and stonecarvers here, still the idea was a good one and he should suggest that to the Titaan authorities, maybe Titaan would be able to manage it's own sea trade if it had such a port. In the meantime he was looking around at all the different species that were gathered in one place, Selkreeth, Tethusal, Asterad, Medusa (or was she a Snakewoman?), Kappa (or Wereturtle, whatever you wanted to call it), Brownie (or House Elf, Dammit, why does almost every species have to have at least two names?), Poncanis (his eyes narrowed once he saw that one), Humans (nothing surprising there), Scarecrow, Werelion and... was that an Automaton? Once they reached the pier and Jaws had left Throlar began to speak to his companions as quietly as possible. "I think that before we talk to the Dockmaster we ought to explore a little, talk to people, pick up rumors, and see what supplies we can get for our journey. And I don't think we should tell anyone why we're here, or even lie to anyone about why we're here, it's better just to keep our business to ourselves, that's probably how everyone does things here."
  6. Throlar gave Eric a look that seemed to say mock me for being seasick and I'll feed you your guts, before lurching back to the rail and recommencing his labors.
  7. I really wish Throlar was in quest 101. "Hey, Halfling, pick on somebody your own size!"
  8. That is amazing! I love the minifigs, my favorite is the Classic Castle Knight.
  9. Throlar shoved himself away from the rail, moving towards Jaws. "I'll... take those cards, thank you, they will be... helpful."
  10. Throlar might have made a scathing remark, but he was too busy heaving his guts out over the rail.
  11. The Fantastic Four was the first thing that came into my mind, but your guess seems to make more sense.
  12. Throlar was annoyed, this ship was much to garish, how the hell are me supposed to get there without attracting too much attention? Though maybe the ship's character might provide a cover story... he'd have to think about that. That was what he told himself as he made his way to the bow, in the meantime he could enjoy the clean sea air, the swash of the waves, the feel of the rolling deck under his feet, her movement as she rode over the waves, up and down, up and down, up... and down, up... and... down. Dammit he was going to be seasick again.
  13. It's a Thunderbird isn't it?
  14. By the way Sandy, where is the Test Quest?
  15. Actually, from what I can tell, it probably is.
  16. Wow, is your quest really such a monstrosity?
  17. Well, it would have been terribly inconvenient if it had been so, probably because the Embassy hasn't always existed.
  18. You know, you don't have to play as a race that is in the Embassy, in fact it is possible to invent your own race to play as.
  19. He'd try to do it with his bare hands, though I don't know if he'd succeed.
  20. He once broke a elf's finger bones by squeezing his hand too hard, but elf bones are delicate, so I really don't know.Tough I suppose he could use his Mace and chain as a sort of garrote...
  21. Throlar sticks his tongue out at Finnegan's retreating back.
  22. "Well, I could start by grabbing you by the collar and pulling you down here, then I could grab you by the chin with my free hand, release my hold with my other hand, use it to grab the back of your fat head, and give it a quick half turn to the right," he shrugged "simple really." "Very well, I will obey, but not without question."
  23. Interestingly enough I did once try to describe Throlar in those terms and what I came up with was 'Chaotic Neutral with a dash of Lawful', I'm interested by the fact that your view of him is almost the exact opposite.Does anyone else think that quest 100 will fail before the heroes even leave the library?
  24. "Try anything like that and you're dead. I can snap your neck with my bare hands if I want to."
