Special Forces Soldier with Optics
Skinny Boy replied to Jasbrick's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Really? Does it really? Nice fig, but is that vest from BestLock or something? I know i've seen it somewhere... -
Mini Heroes Collection series
Skinny Boy replied to BlueBard's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Wow. I thought I was the most paranoid member on Eurobricks . Bluebard, I do hope they try and rerelease these small packs of figs. Battlepacks aren't made for themes outside SW and Castle, so a lot of help is needed. Petition? :pir-skull: -
Wow! That has to be the best Police HQ i've ever seen, including real ones I really like how you made the briefing room. Maybe the projecter from the Agents truck could be used, if theres any room. Well done, looking forward to seeing much more of your work.

Really? No more lego? But seriously, great use of the Indy dark tan pieces. And nice bomb, lets see what it looks like after it goes off :pir-skull: .
-
Ahhh, I see. Very scary, how many would you make?
-
Very cool Dr. S. One of the tongue (?) pieces could be put around a figs neck to choke them, or reel them in :pir-skull:

Just thought I'd mention this: The starter of this topic (who MODs know has had many accounts), head of 'LegoCustoms', has sent a message to every Eurobricks member that he could . Unfortunately he used my email and didn't PM me, so if your email is on display, watch out! He is asking to join a forum for his website. I only said this here, because all of this members other topics have been locked. MODs, hope I'm not out of line or anything, just giving a warning.

Sorry for another double post, just thought I'd show y'all the helicopter so far. Well, only the guns and interior actually: The Grenade launcher/machine gun: And the grenades being fed in: Interior: Like I said, it'll be hard to photograph this part. Other gun: Just a gun on the other side. Thanks for looking, and I still need help, but Thanks to all support so far

Thanks Guss. Which general though? The tabletown one is the real General. Dr. S. showed me this when I asked if there is one: He said the guy with the red arm is the General. Thanks anyway
-
Very funny MOC I think this is great, will you be doing this for other villains? The Joker would be best IMO.

To Tabletown with Hate. Obviously, Russians have invaded. Their first objective in taking Tabletown for a ride, is to eliminate all military Leaders. Luckily, this isn't Dr.S' death. The russians enter the home of Tabletown's army General: Somehow, a guard is already dying: Lets go upstairs. Another russian is at the door of our leaders bedroom (he must have killed the guard): Looks like he's cocking his shotgun: What about our leader? Is he shaking with fear on the other side? I think not!: Lets look at this from a different point of view: Oh! An escape hatch. Seems he's a coward, or is he: The loyal leader has used his blockade to climb through his hatch, and has taken his favourite rifle to go 'Russian sniping'. But, as he looks out across the city, he is amazed and horrified at the site: Overview of front: And back: Good luck to everyone else. Thanks for looking.

Hmmm, yes, I like what you've done here. The other day I took some pieces from Zam's ship for a chopper. Nice job, but is the pilot a stylish gambler?
-
Really great entry Looks like my favourite for the medium category. And I the roof colour change. Well done and good luck.

Yeah, that post was kind of pointless This topic is nearing its end though. Already it has people going off topic to make jokes I think there should be a list of sets that weren't released. It would be very informative and prevent new members from making topics asking about sets that aren't going to be sold, or are already released.

Definitely part of the city, but its on the coastline, so it will look sorta like a country. I'm still oblivious to the scaling down of things. I've been trying some stuff in LDD, but it never looks right. The size, well how big are microscaled parts of cities usually? Though its only part of the city, i'm unsure of how it would look when photographing - will the background ruin the whole effect and such. Thanks, looking forward to any help you can give.

Interactive Apocalypse: Sondra's Ship
Skinny Boy replied to Batbrick's topic in Brick Flicks & Comics
Finally got a chance to comment. TGIAIB, or, Thank God IA is back . I've been missing this ever since I got into post apoc. Great use of the boat hull as a base (I was gonna do that ), and the guns look great. I especially like the ammo in the lower parts of the ship. I voted to keep an eye on Sheckles, and to do Sondra . Hope to see more of this soon. Keep up the great work -
Sorry about the double post, but this is important: 'Enough', may have to end at Christmas. I'm sorry to dissappoint (if anyone ) but I've realised I will have nearly no free time after the Christmas break. One option I have is to build and photograph the Final scenes during Christmas, but keep going with the series and post the finale later. How would everyone feel about that? Should I make another poll? At this point, I still need loads of help with the microscale part, so come on! Get your typing gloves on and send me a PM, or post here!

So are you saying that picture in The Penguin's signature is evil? I have never had problems with Eurobricks (which is odd, because Vista is terrible ). Only the occassional slowness, which is just the PC.
-
Ahah, Doctors get the best perks Congrats.

Very nice. I'm always looking for good furniture (lego wise) and these could be quite useful. Especially the couch. It looks a bit like a fold-out bed. Nice work
-
Mine says: Uploaded file 100x100. So its ok? I'm not given a size (bytes wise). Oh, wait, I can just go check the file .

The Brick Testament - The Book of Job
Skinny Boy replied to Brendan Powell Smith's topic in Brick Flicks & Comics
A really great book again. Well done . I suppose you don't have any plans for the scarred and scabbed Job fig? -
Thanks z_zadar. Any microscale scenes will help in their own way. Thanks for the PM. I've got a good helicopter going, but it will be hard to take pics of the inside during the final scene. I may have to make one side removable for photographing purposes, which won't be that easy

That was one great video. You should think about sending that to TLC, as an advertisement for the city sets and the SW sets :pir-skull: Great job

I'll join, but if its a severed head, i'll be real angry
