Pickerel. Poor plumber .

Was there anything like that from this year's Brickworld, Brickcon or Brickfair? Anyone?
-
Slow down. It is Halloween, and the MODs (hopefully ) have a life outside the forums.

Ketchup, maybe. But mustard on chicken? Has anyone ever tried this? Is it a known delicacy? Should I be a detective? The list goes on...

Thanks guys. I have no idea when part 6 is coming. Could be tomorrow, could be 2 weeks. Enjoy the suspense, if any.

Didn't you see it here? I still really like it.

Don't want to sound mean, but, I was right. This is a rare occassion. I agree, the straw hat does sound better thatn some kind of... What are pimp's hats made of?

Have you caught up yet? No? Here: Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4. Part 5: Curiosity killed the Corossroads. Our group had just set off to find Sid, the college dropout, who had taken a dirtbike and dissappeared. They were driving and again came to a barricade: Jack (the leader, you know in the Mutt leather jacket) had an idea: "Cut through the rubble over there." They stop: "What?" "We ran out of gas." "Alright. Everyone out." "There's a garage right down the road." "Who said that?" "Me." Captain: "Show yourself." The voice appears to be a man, who moves to the window: Captain: "So how do we get to this garage?" "Just go straight along that road and you'll get there." Captain: "Should we try it?" "Alright men- -We are going to get fuel,- - Now I don't want any funnybusiness. Alright?" Hayes: "Ok Captain." "Come on up." "We're gonna wait outside." Sang: "Hey- -whats that?" Hayes: "What?" Sang: "That." "Thats the pit." "Whats the 'Pit'?" "Well we started with the sheet metal fence,- -then we threw in shrapnel, shards and some chains." "And then we hoped that the zombies would just fall in." Sang: "Hmmmm. You said 'we'." "Yeah?" "Are there more people here? Cos we are supposed to round up survivors." "Yeah." "There used to be. But they took off." "Why?" "They said they were going to Abbey Square, with a large group." "When did they go?" "Sometime last week." "They could be our guys!" Hayes: "Yeah, maybe." "You shouldn't get your hopes up." "So, whats your name?" "Jake." "So Jake, you got any weapons?" "Nope." (Sorry for bad pic) "None?" "Not one." *BANG* "Nice shot, kid." "Hey guys, we heard a shot. Everything ok?" "Whoah. Stupid door nearly... what the?" Loud heavy gunfire is heard for nearly 30 seconds. "Jesus! There's no flesh left on him!" "Hey, guy with big gun- -check this out." To be continued... And some notes: 1. No, I don't have the next part ready to put in the next post due to the pic limit. 2. The setting, the crossroads and pit, were heavily inspired by 1: Tinypiesrus' "For Mother Russia" (can't put link cos computer messed up) and 2: "Crossroads" by Eric Clapton/Cream. 3. I definitely think this part was the best, not because it had zombies, but because I didn't have to use Brickfilm conversations that myself and others haven't liked. 4. This part may seem long, cos the pics, but the dialogue is short (yet took a wile to write ). Hav a good look at the pics if you feel its short , thats what they're there for. Thanks for looking.

Good to know you'll be coming back. I may photograph part 5 soon, and post it later today. I think the dialogue technique i'll be using will be a lot more exciting than the other parts. I was waiting on a BL order to finish it, but if I don't make the most of the Halloween break, I won't get anything done. So check back tonight or tomorrow in case I have posted (ah heck i'll give you the name) Part 5: Curiosity killed the Crossroads.

Yeah, I saw that. To me it looks tan, maybe because the walls are tan, and i'm seeing too much of it. I have a suit to go with either colour though.
-
And what exactly did you do? Other than post that great video, which I think i'll go watch again.
-
This is neither the time nor the place to express yourself like that.

Got to be one of the best videos I've ever seen, even if the accent was a little hard to understand at times. Nice find Zuloo.

I see what you mean there. Its just that part would have been too short to post ( ) if I hadn't put in much dialogue. And when i'm forced to put in dialogue, I try and make it funny, whilst staying on topic, so the reader doesn't get bored. Don't worry, future parts will have high paced action sequences. The reason pretty much nothing happens in each pic, is because i'm used to making Brickfilms. Moving to a comic (which I now really like doing) sounds easier than one would think. For parts with dialogue, I am still using a tripod, whereas I much prefer taking pics freehand - allows me to get where I want and get some really cool shots (see my Assassination series.) Like I said, future parts will hopefully not involve my tripod, unless there's a really important conversation . Thanks for the comment. And i'm always glad to hear critiques. And i'm sorry for such a long post .

I thought your comment sounded worrying when I first started reading it . Thanks for the comment Ricecracker.

Thought I might as well enter. On Halloween night, the fireworks are replacing all other audio, and most other video. Two boys had recently heard of a legend, no not a Greek myth, but a living legend of a man. This legend is supposedly in the local mental hospital. The boys decide to break him out. The situation is perfect, noone will hear a thing, so they use dynamite. The explosion was a complete success, with no casualties. The legend was freed: Note their costumes: Green Goblin mask, and Scout Trooper helmet. And a better shot of mr. Crazy: Well, thats it.

Thanks Lego12. Good to know I have a fan. Well, my series has a fan.

In case you still don't know whats going on: Part 1, Part 2, Part 3. Part 4: One down, a number to go. Last time we left our group, they had just decided to hold a nearly forgotten line of defence, so called: 'the last line'. The red shirted lad was the nightwatchman: But like most, he couldn't last the whole night. He went inside to wake the others: "Come on, everybody up." The 3 soldiers woke with a fright: "Whoah, relax guys. And wake the others." When the others finally got out of slumberland, they assembled in the makeshift bunker: "Right then." "1" "2" "3" "4" "5" "6" "7" "And me makes 8." "8? "Yes." "We had nine." "Then where is this ninth person?" "Lets check the truck." "Nope. He's not there." "Then where could he be?" "Hey- -Wheres the bike?" "It was there last night." "You don't think?" "Oh come on. A bike and a college student goes missing in the same night. Don't you see the connection?" "Then we gotta find him." The group then had a long converstaion which stretched into the afternoon. Sadly, it was not allowed to be photographed. Eventually, they came to an agreement: to find Sid, the dropout college student. The 8 members of the group got on the truck and set out, to go even further into Cedar Bay. Some notes: 1. Again, the colour coding didn't quite work out for the soldiers-Forum background is the same colour. 2. This part was much shorter since, I haven't got to start building the next part, and am now awaiting a BL order. 3. It looks like this series is gonna stretch a lot longer than I though. Unfortunately, this doesn't mean lots of parts. It means there will be huge gaps (maybe months ) in between parts. I may do very small parts in events like that. Rest assured, the most recent parts will always be available in my sig, and MODs, no, I will not be putting more than five images in my signature. Thanks for looking.

Thats a pretty high Standard you've set there. Nice use of the droid pieces, are their legs in there somewhere?

What do you mean pre-defined elements? Like pics that have been used before? -
Wow! A lot can happen in 7 seconds. What camera are you using? I can't seem to get SMA to connect to any of mine.
